Definitely staff! Tv was in and out sound and power but it wasn’t terrible.

We had a bad experience here. There might have been some positive things here but I could not recall. The hotel is showing signs of aging and in need of renovation.

When we arrived at 9:30 pm we were told the elevators were not working and our handicap accessible room was on the 3rd floor. Needless to say we could not stay here. Desk clerk was very helpful and located a room for us at another hotel nearby.

Nothing never got to stay! booked online and got a confirmation code. Wen to check in and the booked the room I reserved for someone else! I was turned away!

I tried to check out a day early, which I paid extra on Expedia and nobody was at the front desk. We tried several times so we left our keys and I’ve been going round and round with Expedia and the hotel trying to get a hold of somebody. We paid extra because we knew that we were possibly leaving a day early and now nobody wants to answer their phones or take care of the situation so what’s the best number that I can get a hold of somebody on Expedia I want this promptly taken care of..

Can't see how there were no other rooms available. It was barely check in time. I didn't see that many cars in the parking lot to call it "full". Reception desk person didn't offer us anything. I had to ask if he could call a sister unit to see if they had anything available. Instead of trying to see how he could help, he told me I needed to call and take care of billing part as well, instead of just applying my payment to the sister hotel. I visit El Reno at least once a month. I really enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn but I was really disappointed this time. I realize things break down and out of one's control but acting like, "oh,well,sorry, bye" is not very acceptable. Luckily, Hawthorne Suites had availability. Trish,the receptionist there was amazing. Made us feel so welcomed. Great employee.

It was a comfortable and quiet night sleep. Good after a 12 hr drive. Elevators didn’t work. I have a blown knee and nothing available on the first floor. Other than that it was great. Decor is very outdated

Elevator was not working. Had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor using the stairs. No more coffee pots in the room. Bed was overdue to be replaced.

It was very clean at our stay and the breakfast the employees were very nice n friendly I didnt like tht our AC didnt work well and the shower was clogged

They have a great breakfast with lots of options.

Sheets hadn’t been charged since last guest. No one there to change them. Front desk attendant was helpful and got us some clean sheets for us to change ourselves.
