They have policies designed to rip customers off

Just about everything worked. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, no glitches. Location is good for the interstate, but - no fault of the hotel - restaurants nearby could have been a bit better.

Location, comfort and cleanliness This is a bit picky I know but I didn’t care for the eggs at breakfast.

Evening front desk staff was amazing!!

Nice clean rooms. Only problem during our stay was the breakfast cook didn't show and they had to call someone else in to work. Which delayed breakfast for about an hour.

Everything was great except for an elevator malfunction. We stay here often and we love it!

Exceptional

The distance from where I needed to be. The pool was dirty, the elevators were down. The workout equipment was broken.

Upon arrival 1 elevator was out of order and the other the elevator door did not open. That there should have been my sign to go elsewhere. We got to the 4th floor, left our luggage and headed down to leave. We got to the 1st floor, and the elevators doors did not open. We hit the emergency call and advised them that we were stuck, they hung up. We hit the alarm button and the manager after 7ish minutes told us that she could not find the elevator key. I assumed she reset the elevator and the doors open. She did state she would give us a refund but since it was with a 3rd party I would have to do it with them.

It was close to family Elevators didnt work, breakfast food was cold, milk was spoiled

This stay at Hampton was plagued by building issues. Elevators refused to work. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

I don’t know or remember the lady‘s name when I checked in, but she was absolutely wonderful and it was very helpful. Kind informational very sweet and helped me and My Wife to our rooms and was very over achieving but with a heart something that I miss from back home in Oklahoma and El Reno, I was on a turnaround trip from California and I can’t wait to get back to Oklahoma but that place is like home

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Except when we arrived the room thermostat was set at 62 degrees. It was freezing in there. I brought it up to the front desk the next morning and she said they set it low because it's so hot and humid outside. I would think that the hotel would be wasting a ton of energy if every room that is sitting empty is at 62 degrees. The breakfast was good and the staff member who was taking care of it was fantastic.

The pillows were very soft and comfortable The elevator sounds like a death trap
