Hampton Inn El Reno

Upon arrival 1 elevator was out of order and the other the elevator door did not open. That there should have been my sign to go elsewhere. We got to the 4th floor, left our luggage and headed down to leave. We got to the 1st floor, and the elevators doors did not open. We hit the emergency call and advised them that we were stuck, they hung up. We hit the alarm button and the manager after 7ish minutes told us that she could not find the elevator key. I assumed she reset the elevator and the doors open. She did state she would give us a refund but since it was with a 3rd party I would have to do it with them.

This stay at Hampton was plagued by building issues. Elevators refused to work. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

I don’t know or remember the lady‘s name when I checked in, but she was absolutely wonderful and it was very helpful. Kind informational very sweet and helped me and My Wife to our rooms and was very over achieving but with a heart something that I miss from back home in Oklahoma and El Reno, I was on a turnaround trip from California and I can’t wait to get back to Oklahoma but that place is like home

The room was clean and comfortable. Except when we arrived the room thermostat was set at 62 degrees. It was freezing in there. I brought it up to the front desk the next morning and she said they set it low because it's so hot and humid outside. I would think that the hotel would be wasting a ton of energy if every room that is sitting empty is at 62 degrees. The breakfast was good and the staff member who was taking care of it was fantastic.

The pillows were very soft and comfortable The elevator sounds like a death trap

Convenient location, affordable Construction crews drinking in the parking lot. Elevator is sketchy at best. Shower had not been refilled with shampoo and conditioner.

I was overcharged for overpriced room.Not only once but twice called to resolve it, the front desk argued with me.And was very rude.I left my phone number to speak to the manager and still have never received a call back yet. So no I will not be staying at this property or a hampton property for that matter.For any of my business or leisure

could hear people talking that were in the room above us. Also, one of the elevators wasn’t working.

Breakfast was better than average with omelets. Typical rooms I can’t remember if it had a walk in shower or not. Tubs are obsolete

Very nice staff, it says that the Hotel has a restaurant and bar but they do not. However it is not far to walk for food!

This location was very nice. Every hotel has its areas of excellence and need for improvement. Your front desk staff are awesome - I hope they are treated well.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast staff was very friendly.

The young lady at the front desk was a WIN. We were late to check in but not only was she nice over the phone but in person she smiled and even played with our puppy during the check in process. Well done. The hotel itself is nice and no complaints. But when you’re welcomed like that it sets a positing tone early.

The staff was freindly, clean room, comfortable bed, shower and bathroom was big and loved the set up, and loved the breakfast and so much variety to choose from. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
