Very good.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Elgin, Illinois. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The price was right, room was clean. Parking lot was a little loud but overall I’d come back again. Front desk was very busy but he handled the flow very well.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. Our family had a great stay.

Everything was great.....

Overall acceptable. However, the beds were quite soft. Additionally, quiet hours are not enforced. Quite loud/screaming guests continued until 11:00-11:30 pm.

Our stay was very nice. The lounge/lobby/breakfast area was quite large with a nice outdoor courtyard as well.

Hotel was clean and nice. Location was good and all staff from check in to room cleaning were all great!

Just an ok breakfast. No Yogurt ( the machine doesn’t work). Didn’t like the fact you had to show an ID for EVERYONE in the room!! Supposed local ordinance!!

We stayed due to a medical emergency on the road and the staff was amazing! Located down the street from hospital. This hotel has a beautiful property, is very clean, has been updated with the newest furnishings, offers an amazing hot buffet breakfast and nice indoor pool. The best part of our stay was by far our interaction with the staff!!!!

Clean and nice staff

The Best Western Room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. For a hot summer day, the air conditioning was working great. There was a smokey sky lingering over the area, but the room was fresh and no odor from outside. My granddaughters used the pool. Not overly large, but they had fun jumping in and swimming their races back and forth. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we were meeting family next door at Alexander's. We did stop in to take a look, everything looked fresh and smelled wonderful. Nothing better that country biscuits and gravy with a side of scrambled eggs. We grabbed a fruit snack for the room. The balcony was a nice addition to our room. We sat outside in the evening for a bit, but the smoke from the wild fires prevented us form staying out too long. Check out was a breeze, I will come back again.

Unfortunately, the night that we were there it was very noisy and chaotic due to wedding guests, a reunion, and a possible team all staying there. The night duty person really tried and was eventually able to settle the kids down. we were just very very tired after a long travel dqy.
