Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff

Overall experience was mediocre at best. Breakfast was disappointing. But it was clean and affordable.

The staff is very nice they have good breakfast choices and if you book on Booking.com, they don’t make you pay a deposit and the hotel is close to restaurant and gas stations That the don’t give you give you two wash clothes when the room is booked for 2 people and that you have to wait until 3:00 to check in and then have to checkout at 11

Nice place come to here again Perfect location and employee friendly service is good !

Front desk person just seemed to have an attitude on certain things.

The hotel is not enough clean and seems to be old and not renewed. The room window didn’t close. It is not even so cheap.

Overall this place is just a wreck: elevator broken, water fountain broken, exposed screws in bathroom, no outside doors locked, dirty hallways and stairs. It’s a Quality Inn, so manage your expectations.

The fact I had a place to sleep. Collin checked us in on Friday afternoon. He told me the room was 304 and that the elevator does not work. I let him know that I’m pregnant and could not walk 3 flights of stairs with my bags. He said well that’s all we have available. There was no real solution until my husband called booking.com and started the cancellation process. Mysteriously a room became available on the 1st floor. We decided to take that room. We asked for more towels and Collin stated that they were low on towels and gave us 2 wash cloths. I ended up buying towels from Walmart since towels could not be adequately provided by the facility. The outlet where the blow dryer was did not work and the drink vending machine was not cold.

Having trouble everyday with the key of the rooms. Taking more days to send back the deposit.

I didn’t like anything. The worst stay I ever had. Elevator was broke. Had to take stair up to my room. Towels and wash cloths were dirty. Low staff, low towel stock, toilets didn’t work right. Shower sprayed water everywhere. Changed rooms three times. Hallway smelled and rooms smelled bad. Police showed up at least 3 times while I stayed there. Then someone there tried to charge my debit card and additional $911.86 but my bank blocked the transaction! Worst stay ever!!!! The worst stay I ever had.Staff just made excuses for the insufficiencies. Elevator was broke. Had to take stair up to my room. Towels and wash cloths were dirty.
