Room was not cleaned properly door did not close properly in the building smelled like weed. Staff seem to be un concerned about any complaints that I had not worth the $85 I paid.

Breakfast was ok , staff was nice,room was clean. No place to get food. I came by taxi and I had to order delivery.

I honestly have no likes at all the room and ESPECIALLY the bathroom smelled terrible, and the t towels were dingy and didn't appear to be clean, people were outside making noise until the early A M ! The only ice machine was broken and the staff was rude! None of the maintenance staff spoke English! I really don't know how they stay in business! I want a refund!!

When I arrived i seen several buildings im like it ghetto..but as got inside...mind blowing.

Very easy to get to different places we had to go. The only thing I can say is the part of our room has missing carpet and one of the doors to the bedroom was hard to keep shut. Also the beds were not the best but otherwise it was a good place to stay.

The bed was terrible, the mattress was encased in thick plastic and with just a sheet over to cover it it was hot and sticky. The 3 pillows were flat as a pancake. The carpeting in the room was stained badly in multiple places. I didn't expect a 4 star experience but a little bit of carpet cleaner isn't too much to ask. The "breakfast" was tiny muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets, underwhelming.

We booked a four-night stay at Extended Stay and Suites but checked out after the first night because the conditions were unacceptable. There were roaches in the room, three televisions but only one remote to operate them, and the refrigerator did not work. Food we had purchased spoiled as a result. There was no dishware in the room, and because there was no phone, we had to walk to the lobby just to request and check out basic kitchen items. The room had a strong moldy smell, with obvious signs of previous water damage and patchwork repairs. The entire property was dark, poorly maintained, and looked like it had not been updated since the 1970s. After reading other Google reviews, it is clear that many guests have reported similar problems. Management repeatedly responds with apologies, but the condition of the property does not appear to improve. This place felt like a tourist trap. I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast?! Terrible, was basically some muffins and an empty coffee dispenser. With that effort they should just not offer breakfast. The facilities are dated and could use better upkeep (lights out, broken, etc.) Staff was nice but everything else makes me not want to book here again.

Both of the beds in our room had bedbugs. Do not stay here!
