It was clean Nothing

The layout and size of the room was nice for two people. I think it could be a great stay but the condition of the room was unacceptable. the refrigerator didn't keep the food cold--it was barely cool. the carpet was gross and obviously hadn't been vacuumed before the stay--crumbs, hair, lots of stains. Shower didn't drain--we got a disposable snake and Liquid Plummer at Walmart to fix it. We didn't find out there wasn't anything in the cupboards until we went to make a meal. No dishes, linens, pans, silverware, soap. We went to the office and had to check it out. They did have dishwasher soap but no soap for washing dishes in the sink. The utensils for cooking were sparse and poor. Towels were small, thin and had stains--very gross. The dishwasher wasn't attached to anything and when you opened the door the entire machine came forward and almost tipped over and there was no door on the soap dispenser inside. The stove door didn't close all the way. The love seat was extremely worn and stained. I wouldn't sit on it without a cover. This place needs a major renovation.

Didn’t end up staying here due to how sketchy it was a bunch of people hanging outside the lobby and people in robes walking around the parking lot. Left and didn’t even try to request refund it’s definitely cheap for a reason…

It was quiet and had stuff near by The room smelled old the sink in the bathroom it barely worked there was only one garbage can and there was no dish detergent the hotel is a bit over priced for just one night when you have to wait until 3pm to check in then you have to check out at 11 and didn’t like the fact that they only give you one wash hand towel for a room for 2 people in it it should be 2 Hand towel just like 2 dry towel

Pig sty . Filthy, broken furniture, the molding around the tub was held on with tape. The oven door was broken and nearly falling off. Holes in the walls and it looked like someone tried to smash in the bedroom door. Bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. Nothing. Left to find somewhere else to stay.

Recommend this place to anybody that is staying in the area, nice rooms and meeting/common area outside for gathering and grilling. Staff is very attentive to any needs/wants, very pleased that we picked this location for our stay.

Nasty Nasty

The Tv did not work. They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all.

. Room appliances are outdated and non functional. Oven door does not seal properly and heats poorly. The refrigerators does not maintain proper temperature which caused food spoilage. The kitchen ceiling light kept flickering and stopped working. The manager had retaliated on us and knowing that I have a handicapped special need child evicted us following my calling the police and firefighters to resolve safety issues regarding fire safety measures. Manager called me and said we had to leave because we caused trouble. If requesting for repairs and safety in your room is troublesome then I would suggest that the property should keed their rooms properly equipped with working appliances, lights,and smoke alarm detector. The smoke alarm detector was triggered when we try to use the oven because smoke started to fill the room all the way to the hallways.- When I reported the problem I was told to remove the smoke detector from the ceiling to stop it from making noise. An employee came and ripped out the smoke detector and told me to put it under the mattress so it will stay quit. I asked for a working smoke detector and I was told they did not have one. I then called the fire department to protect my handicapped special need child who uses oxygen to help her breath. The police and firefighters ordered them to put in a working smoke detector which they did. Miraculously a working smoke detector was found when the police and firefighters were called! So I guess if you are looking for a temporary housing with working appliances and a manager who can keep the propert safe for the guest, this will not be your choice place to stay. Remember: If you require constant repairs and works needed to keep your room in proper working condition, you in their eyes will be called troublesome and then you will be kicked out in the street with your handicapped special need child and have nowhere to go and stay in an emergency situations.

Not for me. But people who wants kitchenette and for longer stays might prefer it.

Terrible rooms.. sofa bed was broken and room and hallway were stinking with cigarette smell. We didn’t enjoy our stay

My room had roaches, and the TV did not work.The whole experience was terrible.I do not recommend it to nobody

Nothing, it’s very ghetto and everything feels dirty and the parking lot is always packed. Nothing about this place was good. The entire complex is filled with people who live there full time constantly out smoking cigarettes around the building even though it’s posted everywhere that you’re not allowed to.

Room smelled like cigarettes, pillows/towels smelled awful. Extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. The gentlemen in the front with the dark hair was extremely rude upon arrival. Book elsewhere, Police and EMS were there as well.

Easy to book I booked and didn't realize I'd need a deposit. I asked Mgr to reduce fee,deposit since id stayed there prior for many days without issues. They refused. I lost all my $ since I didn't pay $ for the extra protection play.

It’s was everything and more for the price

We had a great stay at the hotel next door. The woman at check in made a comment about "those people not having etiquette where they're from or something" in regard to an Indian coworker asking her a question while she was checking me in. She then offered me a choice of floors for our room. I chose a ground level room and was told that those rooms were in a building with dogs- not an issue. The entire wing of the hotel containing our room was obviously under construction- there was a spare door sitting in the hallway in front of our room and partially demolished rooms in the same hall. This was not mentioned when I chose our room. Our room's walls were visibly in need of repair, and the appliances were clearly old and not well-cleaned. The floor was wet, the lighting was reminiscent of a horror movie, and we saw a cockroach within 5 minutes of entering the room. We are in the process of trying to get a refund.
