Perfect visit, exactly as promised

Old property, only one ice machine and it was broken. Staff was great

When checking in the gentleman was super friendly. Our shower floor was very squeaky. To the point that it was annoying. We did not like that the sink was in the room, not in the bathroom. No gameshow network.

Seating area was very nice!! Helpful staff. Spread out so lots of good room, both seating and also the counter for the breakfast. Breakfast was ok -- not great, but adequate. Waffle maker is popular -- maybe add another one? Boiled eggs are ok, but scrambled much better. Robert went above and beyond when I called him saying we had lost a set of our truck keys (after we had left and driven to Indpls.). He did a thorough check of our room, plus the breakfast area, and couldn't find them. But we later found that my husband had picked them up!! Thank you, Robert, for trying to help us!!

The bed was clean but pretty stiff, the whole carpet floor was stained. The couch was all ripped up. The bathroom room was the only part that was somewhat updated. The master and the other part of the room was separate and the air didn’t reach the pull out area so that was kind of a bust. Breakfast was a joke. Realistically, the stay should’ve been 50 dollars at that.

Location was right off the interstate

The room was very out dated and not clean at all! Large stains on the carpet, old dirty furniture, the tables and dressers were scratched and chipped. This hotel was one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff was fine but the room was really bad. If we hadn't been tired we would have asked for a refund and just left. No reason to have a room that dirty for the price. The location was fine.

Accessibility to get from the interstate...Had plenty of restaurants around the hotel... Grocery store was close by...And was close enough to my training site...No microwave There was no microwave....

Breakfast was not much. We only found some yogurt and a bagel. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Towels looked old and dingy. Bed sheet was stained. Stain on carpet and furniture was worn.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was a microwave in the room to heat up leftovers we had or even food so we didn’t have to eat out as much. This was an emergency trip we were trying to spend as little as we could on restaurants. The breakfast was ok but the biscuits and gravy were just a little warm and could have been hotter. The coffee was pretty good. The hotel was in a great location and close to everything. The air was super cold and the beds were firm.

Great staff

The hotel should improve a little bit cleaning and the breakfast. I only give two stars. For two people in the room and changing towers every three days. I don’t think it’s a good idea. I didn’t like that at all. They should have fresh towels every day. I will not use this hotel again and I will not recommend it. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains..

It’s close to eateries. Hotel does need updates it’s rundown and needs a deep cleaning. Pictures of hotel are nothing like how it actually looks like. People were very nice just hotel does need a lot of work. Towels are old and the carpet in the bedroom was too dirty.
