Just an okay stay.

The staff was not professional at this location. They were allowing unsupervised children to play in the pool causing quite a disruption. Twice I went to the front desk and waited for a while, once to discover one of the staff people smoking just outside the front entryway leaving the counter unstaffed. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool and the place had a very musty smell. The amenities were lacking, the hot tub has been removed and the pool does not look like it has been maintained very well. We decided to skip the breakfast the next morning since everything else had been so disappointing. We will not be returning.

Property and staff were wonderful.

Very basic hotel. Not worth the price. No freezer in fridge for ice packs (I was there for work), no smart tv, very basic cable, internet did not work, only one usb charging port, doors are very loud, tub faucet kept leaking water, carpet was bunching up. On a good note, it did seem clean.

The room was very clean, the air conditioning in the room left a lot to be desired. You could not control it via the wall unit and it was right next to the bed, you either felt to hot or freezing depending on if it worked throughout the night. I loved the fact the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. We were told that their would be a $75.00 hold for incidentals on our credit card but once we checked out it would be refunded. Only to still see it as a charge on our card and based my phone it takes 7 to 10 business days to refund. The only thing off putting was the overwhelming chlorine smell that really turned you off on breakfast the next morning. Also don't eat at the Shoney's by the hotel as we decided to pop over since the chlorine smell was over powering and the buffet bar was nasty. Flies flying around everywhere and the bar had food particles all over the place. I also feel that the nighttime staff should have been more forth coming about charges, given a receipt for the separate charge of the $75, and the morning person was sitting on her phone and didn't even acknowledge with her eyes on you when we handed her the cards and checked out. Check-in was July 11th and checked out July 12th,2026

Bad breackfast

Clean room, easy check in, quiet. The only bummer was the lukewarm water at breakfast for my hot tea!

Member of the staff walked into our room that had a do not disturb sign on it without knocking or anything .

The ac unit had mold on the vents. Black spots all over it. Check in was long as the credit card machine was not working properly. Very little breakfast out at 830 am.

The beds were amazing! Tv was going on the brink. Front desk at check in was lovely.

Enjoyed our stay! Pool was nice. 99.9% of the staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were mainly clean with the exception of the air conditioner it could have used a good clean. The manager Christy was very rude not only to us as customers but even worse to her employees. She has an amazing staff but I don't expect that to last with her attitude.

The staff was fabulous. The breakfast has a little bit to be desired. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I will be back.

The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Pool was warmer than most and clean.

No hot tub, there was one picture on the web site l book on. I would of book a different hotel

Check.in process very long, the front desk staff had issues with checking in people ahead of us. Not so friendly. But the morning staff was very nice.

We were coming in from Alabama and decided we need to stop because of the tornados, so we stopped just south of Louisville. After reserving online because I did not want to stand at a desk. I had to stand there anyway, fill out paperwork and give another form of payment for a damage deposit. We finally get to the room to discover the remote didn’t work to the tv. Family was exhausted so right to bed. We were woken up early by dogs barking, kids jumping on the bed and screaming. After not sleeping in, we ran down to the “free breakfast “ and it was wiped clean just 8 min after 9. Asked about the non behaving room and if there was any food left. Nothing, just oh I’m sorry. We grabbed our things and back on the road for 3 hours. No discount, no refund, no breakfast. Just back on the road in the same clothes we came in with. Horrible place with zero hospitality.

We had family to come stay for a wedding reception. All was wonderful well including the staff and Ethan for breakfast. He was awesome very courteous and helpful. Our room stay was great. I was just disappointed because there was’t a hot tub. That’s just one of my favorite things. The pool. Water was cold but some of my family really enjoyed it. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a good time. Staff were helpful and friendly.
