Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Elizabethtown

I highly recommend this property. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Check-in was very easy even though they were in the middle of a new system. It is a pet free property which we appreciate. Absolutely Service dogs welcome and that is great with us. It was quiet the beds were comfortable. Everything was very nice. The pool was clean and cool, but not cold. We will be using that property again in the future if our needs present. I personally appreciate things that are done well and well maintained.

Staff was great, clean room

Staff watched me use the last of half and half in my coffee. The container was not refilled or replaced. Sunday night’s reception required supervision of which there was none.

Clean. Breakfast was good When we arrived. I had booked two rooms. They said only One. I showed them my booking receipt from here and she made a big deal that they were having problems with third party bookers. I explained I had been using you for years and was always pleased. Anyway that did have a room left for the other 2 people in our party I have always liked using booking.com And will continue to

It was very clean and staff were polite and helped me when there was a problem with my payment through booking.com I didn’t like how they don’t have access to third party bookings. It was very confusing upon arrival, I paid on booking then get there they ask me to pay. We got it settled but it took about 30 minutes.

Quiet, private and clean. Also safe - I’m an older person and personal safety has become more important It’s in the midst of a cluster of hotels. It’s confusing getting to this property. There are no gas stations nearby. Simply put, the whole area is overdeveloped, crowded and chaotic.

The rooms were great nice an clean.. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok wish yall had bacon or potatoes bites other then that everything was good.

The AC is still a little unit under the window. Definitely not worth $250.00/night!

Clean and lovely staff!

Drawbacks were no microwave in the room, very small fridge in room (did not accommodate a standard takeout to go box), no available outlet for the coffee maker that didn’t require it to sit on the floor or move large furniture and unplug other lights, and no visitor chair for seating so everyone has to sit on the bed. Rooms are recently renovated so finishes are clean and in nice shape so it’s surprising that a few basic conveniences were missing.

The pillows were soft. Too expensive for the quality.
