The location is good I rented a room for about 200 a night for two nights my husband showed up the night before me When I arrived my door to my husband and my room was wide open and unlocked with the door left unlocked by the dead bolt something a maid would do but no one was around and so I called the office and their response was dismissive All of my husbands property in an unlocked room ?

Best motel for the price. Beautiful indoor pool area and whirlpool bath/shower in room. Only issue was privacy blind on windows didn't cover so I had to improvise. Would repeat.

The room was clean, staff was very helpful and dining area for breakfast was clean and well kept

Convenient location. Safe and quiet. Used as base to do a few bourbon tours. Nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good.

which lasted for several hours then went away. the door latch striker plate is not adjusted correctly and the bolt will not set. Staff was nice, Breakfast was real good. parking was harder because delivery trucks kept blocking our car. We had a good stay over all

About the only thing decent thing was the night manager. He was polite and competent. From the moment I walked in the door to check in it was a bad experience. The front desk girl was awful to talk to, and that was just to check in, which I had already done online. Finally get our room and the Jacuzzi does not work. She gave me a massive attitude when I asked for another room. The "new" room she moved us in smelled so strongly of marijuana that I'm convinced someone smoked right before we walked in. When I asked for another room I was told that this was the last room I was getting and if I wasn't satisfied then she didn't know what to tell me. Right then I was going to ask for my money back and go elsewhere. But the night manager attemped to make it right. He did the best he could but the 3rd room had a broken TV. He moved us back to the room that smelled like weed because it was the only option and told us he spoke to the owner and we would be "taken care of" 5 hours from check in to when we actually got our room. That was the first night. The second day and night was uneventful except for the fact that about 10 youths were running around threatening people and throwing items in the pool while my child was in it. I'm sorry that this was such a disappointing experience but I unfortunately it was, and that was strictly due to the 2 women who were working day shift the days I was there. the day time staff in general was just rude and unproffessional. And for those reasons I'm asking for a full refund.
