The location, and the price. The front desk staff were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The lady did inform me at check-in, that sometimes using a third party for check-in, could cause me to lose a room, as they aren't able to make any adjustments, etc. I was able to pay cash at check-in, like booking.com said, but the lady said it did bill my card or I would have lost the room. She did not mind one bit to refund my card, and allow me to pay cash. Awesome service. I did not like the motel. This place had good reviews, so I thought it would be nice. It was not what I expected. It gave off a bad/grungy feel. It is located beside a gas station. The room was very small. We found a few dog hairs on the comforter. The room smelled of sewage. (I will say, when speaking to other ladies that stayed elsewhere, they, too, said there hotel room smelled of sewage. This leaves me to believe there was an issue in the area we were staying at, and not directly related to just Motel 6.) Will I stay here again? No. I will pay an extra $20, and go somewhere else.

The room was clean, with ample supply of linen, towel, toiletries The commode/toilet was in need of repair. sometimes it didn't flush without removing cover and jiggling the device

I checked out a night early, the whole time I stayed I complained about the TV not working and they never came to fix it

The room was not clean no trash can in the bathroom there were bugs

I like it where u can walk around the parking lot The beds were very uncomfortable and there was no place to let the dogs out

Rooms were dirty, had to swap from the first room I paid for cause of how dirty it was and how heavy the smoke was (paid for non smoking also) staff was helpful for that but never gave extra towels or anything when asked

The waterfall shower faucet was nice. The room smelled musky and the bed was very hard.

I didn’t like the loud dog barking when I got off work from working long shifts and the room had roaches and pet hair on the linen

Room was okay. However, floor was taped in many spots, and there were several flies in the room. Shower was fine but was a camper shower. Parking was ample, and area felt safe and well-lit. Beds were comfortable but room was small. It was good for a quick night while traveling, but just needs a little TLC.

The place was dirty. Then I seen a roach, so I took a picture and went to management with it. They blew it off.

The hotel was extremely close to the expressway Towels were stained, sheets was stained/dirty sheets and mold on the air conditioner vents
