I am handicap the staff loaded up my car with my kuggage

I paid for July 31- August 1 and they told me that since I came in at 1:30am after work that it counted as a full day and I had to leave the same day.

Nothing The floor was really dirty. Could not use freezer filled with ice No soap or anything in bathroom sheets really yellow. Could not adjust the room temperature Will not stay there again. Had trouble finding the office

It was definitely an "old school motel" but as I only spent the night and then continued on my travels, I didn't need more or expect anything more. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Check-in was easy as was check-out.

Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Cleaner did a thorough job and we left her a tip . Lobby clerk was very friendly also and re-did the reservation I did on the car earlier in the day. There was a problem but she fixed it and honored our discount. Very pleased with both the condition of the room , check-in and facilities. Picked Motel 6 because they allow pets……and don’t charge xtra! This one van had a “doggie area” with poop bags. A little had to find off the interstate as that exit sign said “second exit” ……and there was NO second exit! We ended up going another 8 miles before we could turn around on the interstate and come back. The signage on the exit off the interstate. Poop bags were almost out. We used the second to last bag in dispenser.

A/c was quiet bed was comfortable The floor tile was sticky , room very small and dated , no hair drier , office not manned before 9 am for check out , hand written note to leave access card in basket on counter with other cards accessible to anyone. A poor example for a motel 6.

Staff treated me very well and accepted my service dog.

I booked this motel 6 property because of the high ratings it had on Booking App. It was in a great location and looked beautiful from the outside. The room was freshly painted and looked pretty. It was a non-smoking room that smelled awful, with an ashtray sitting directly on top of the outside portion of the air conditioner. The floors looked like somebody had dropped greasy chicken on them and were not clean. The mattresses were sitting on top of a flat platform and were very well used so it was difficult to sleep . Plus, it was the most awkward shower enclosure I have ever attempted to navigate in my entire life.

This little hotel is a bargain! Hidden gem!! Clean and comfortable and very affordable! We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel seemed old, outdated. The shower was very small and uncomfortable.

I love the fact that my animals got to stay with me while I visited elizabethtown

The double bed 1 of the beds is directly against the wall and 1 was directly on the ac but that was the only negatives.
