The staff was extremely kind. The room was very large. The area was convenient to many restaurants in bars. I was a little disappointed about being across from the pool because it was very noisy. The room could’ve been a little bit more clean too we had animal for in the bathroom and in the shower overall day was good. I just wish they would’ve paid more attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was really nice as well.

Breakfast was not the best but hot, Rooms where clean and up to date, staff very helpful and property was beautiful done and invititing.

Groups in the pool played loud music till around 10pm. There was a fire alarm one night during the night. After hotel evacuated there was no explanation from staff as to what happened as we returned to our rooms only told clear to go back in. We would have preferred an explanation to squash our concerns.

Our stay here was a complete disaster, leaving us to tackle a long drive ahead on almost zero sleep. To be fair, our late arrival was unexpected. We hit horrible storms which greatly delayed our arrival. However, the hotel failed on multiple fronts after we checked in, and their customer service since has been unacceptable. The hotel itself was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep. When we unfolded the hide-a-bed, we found crumbs left on the mattress from previous guests, which was a major cleanliness issue. The breaking point came at around 5:20 AM when the fire alarm went off. We were forced to evacuate and stand outside in the rain before getting the all-clear. When we finally returned to our room to desperately catch a few more hours of rest before our long drive, the window shade was broken and would not close, letting the bright morning sun pour in. Between the noise, the evacuation, and the broken shade, we got almost no sleep and had to face a grueling & long drive home exhausted. Despite these severe maintenance and cleanliness failures, management is completely refusing to issue a refund. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

This hotel was awesome for the price very low cause it was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. I locked myself out and they helped me with no problem and my dog was able to come for a nice extra price!

I was surprised that after all of the good reviews I read that we had the experience we did. Our room smelled TERRIBLE - like mold and animal urine. The woman at the front desk helped us switch rooms and that room smelled the same. Very rundown and damp. We ultimately decided we were not comfortable staying here, no way was my daughter sleeping on the pullout couch, so we ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. As we were leaving we heard others walking into the hotel asking about the smell in the rooms. Would not recommend!

Everything was great except the smell…. Very strong product the use. That would be a major problem for me not staying there anymore.

The room needed updating, won’t go back there.

Clean family friendly great breakfast great staff

Breakfast was standard, not good not bad.

Front desk staff on check-in seemed to have an attitude. Were not friendly. Different workers in eating area were friendly and helpful. Check-out staff were friendly.

Loud people, the front desk did make them quiet down however they were loud again first thing in the morning. Front desk staff was not very friendly and made you feel like you were an inconvenience.
