The room, lobby, halls, and elevator were all very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked.

The bed was comfy, but the linens were inside out and I was nervous they were dirty like the towels It felt very dirty. It smelled very bad. The towels were grimy and the room smelled like wet dogs.

The pool and showers in the rooms could use some updating.

We stayed here one night. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location Only one two staff members were friendly, the woman working in the dining area, and another woman walking around. The front counter desk employees are not friendly at all, at least they weren’t to us.

Nothing. After confirming our reservation and prepaying through Booking there was not a reservation. They accidentally marked it a no show. They moved us to a very bad hotel across the street. Miserable. I have not received a refund. Very stressful. Incompetent management.
