Front desk staff on check-in seemed to have an attitude. Were not friendly. Different workers in eating area were friendly and helpful. Check-out staff were friendly.

The toilet wouldn’t flush in middle of night- we lifted tank innerds and it was fine. Eggs cheese fold at Breakfast has no taste and not sure the bacon is real? Other aspects of breakfast were good.

Room was good. Couldn't get working Refrigerator even though they said they replaced it. They didn't seem to care.

Breakfast was very good; room temp was too cold for me and hard to regulate but that was better than too hot. couple with two young kids did not know how to keep them quiet.

Loud people, the front desk did make them quiet down however they were loud again first thing in the morning. Front desk staff was not very friendly and made you feel like you were an inconvenience.

Good breakfast. Nice bedding. Base of toilet is DISGUSTING. Needs recaulking or some bleach. Also in shower. Bed comfy but very squeaky.

Didn’t eat The pillows on the bed were flat and worn out. The sheets were cheap and thin.

I'm very picky with clean rooms and I will say I was extremely happy and will stay here again when I visit family.

The Otis spunkymeister cookies always make me happy! The warm pool was good. The lady who checked us in was great! The floors could've been cleaner. The desk chair was kinda jenky...be careful. The midnight shift lady wasn't friendly.
