B/W Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites

The water pressure in the shower was lacking. I had to stand there with my hands cupped to gather up scraps of water to rinse my body. My feet were cold while showering because the water was just dribbling down my body. The grout in the bathroom was riddled with mold/stains.

Manager was great at check in, rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay again.

The hotel was great I would recommend. The bathroom floor and shower could use a better clean than a wipe down. But overall it wasn’t bad. The pool was getting worked on so that was frustrating for the kids. But I would stay there again if I had to. The location was not bad either.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is great. However, the breakfast is what everyone other hotel has as a buffet. We should have known better and walked across the parking lot to Waffle House

Not sure where to start about the property, first off, we secured a two bedroom condo over a month in advance paid for it in full. When we got there, informed a timeshare individual wanted the condo so we were bumped to a one bedroom. As yet, haven’t gotten the reimbursement owed ! That said, things went from bad to worse. The grounds were dirty, walked to our condo, dead bugs everywhere, walkways dirty, went to see a stargazing show that night, advertised, didn’t happen. Went to check out the pool, there was so much algae on the bottom you were slipping on it, got out, never went back,FILTHY!!! After many complaints,closed pool for a day to clean. Then comes timeshare presentation, beyond imaginable!!!! The presenter was an arrogant, angry young man when confronted with the situation we had regarding being bumped. He started off, acting very weird, talking about things on his face, weird, made us very uncomfortable. When asked how our accommodations were, told him the problem we had with being bumped, expressed how wrong that was, went off the rails! Arguing, scary, we got up and left, he came out and continued his rant in front of the receptionist. She spoke up , said to leave us alone. Too much to say except stay away. Been a DVC member, ( Disney Vacation Club) for 22 years, no comparison.

The room wasn’t cleaned except for the first day and even on that day, instead of giving new towels they just hung up the dirty towels as if they were putting up new ones. There were smalls stains on the sheets. The toilet had stains on the rim that were questionable. The breakfast options were very limited.

Bed was uncomfortable. All else was fine

Modern, well-maintained hotel convenient to both freeway, and a few minutes from historic city center of Elizabethtown Unexpectedly large rooms, very comfortable bed, quiet lodging, blackout curtains. Nice bathroom (shower); small refridgerator. Included breakfast buffet typical but more than adequate, change up daily. Nestle coffee machine lets you make your latte or whatever 24h. Convenient parking, luggage trolleys. Only downside— given 85 F temps, was hoping to use pool, but closed for maintenance.

Breakfast had many options and was convenient.

There was a group in the lobby that was VERY loud that was there from the time we checked in (about 8) until after midnight even though they had posted quiet hours starting at 11. When we finally called the front desk to complain and ask why quiet hours weren’t being observed they said they don’t enforce them until someone complains.

Easy parking for trucks with trailer. Quiet and clean. Nice value.

We stayed on a Sunday night. The staff that we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was clean.
