Super 8 by Wyndham Elizabethtown

The hotel was okay. Nothing special, pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. The rooms are dark, and the room telephones don't work to contact the front desk if you need anything

Breakfast was bleak to say the least. No sugar free options and no protein at all. So if you enjoy the convenience and value of a free continental breakfast, this is not your place

Floors had broken tiles in several places. Trip hazard.. food was adequate Desk staff pleasant

We rented two rooms. One was ok just smelled old and musty. The other room had hair on the shower walls, the shower took forever to drain, the sheets had stains on them and the wash cloth had black stains on it. We stayed two nights. No one ever brought us new linen. We had one adult and two kids booked in each room. We were given two towels for the whole stay. While swimming we asked for pool towels and were given two. The lady said she would bring more but never did. We had to keep going to the desk to ask for more towels for the six of us. The hotel was old the beds were awful and it had an old stale smell in the hallways and in the room. There is also no elevator so we had to carry luggage to the second floor. We are absolutely not bougie people and thought since it was now a Wyndham hotel it would be decent. We definitely will not be using this hotel again.

The broken door handle to enter the building should have tipped me off. Then the first room we were given had standing water in the bath tub and it wouldn’t drain. 2nd room had a/c unit that was questionable - it ran when it wanted

Breakfast was nothing good to eat. Sticky floors.

It was right off the expressway It was not very clean and bugs were inside

Staff was great and super helpful! Nothing everything was wonderful!

The breakfast could be better but it was continental and the room price was good!!!!

Price of room was nice. Room had an old musty smell and the bathroom was not cleaned very well not impressed at all. Also I was charged extra beyond the booking .com room charge

Stay was okay for what i paid for. The pool was not ipen, they had out chemicals in right before I got there, so not available that night at all.

The staff was nice and the rooms were affordable. They were clean and brought me towels. Beds were comfy. A pool and coffeemaker were supposed to be available. The pool was closed for chemical issues....was never told, but fair enough. A washer and dryer were supposed to be available..I saw them nowhere. I had 2 rooms...neither had a coffeemaker. The pool, the coffeemaker and the laundry was all shown in the photos. I called the front desk to ask, no one answered. At that point it didn't even matter anymore. Hot room even with the ac on. Tub drained even with plug in. Moldy orange also in breakfast fruit basket for 2 days. We didn't even eat the second day...I didn't trust the handling of the food. Back door stayed unlocked and ajar...
