Beds were comfy, clean and friendly staff The parking but we managed

Easy access on and off to route 65, staff was excellent, room was clean and designed for comfort and practicality Limited parking but has other options

The hotel was nice, clean and new. However, the toilet in our room wobbled when you got up and sat down. Some of the things in the shower were loose. The parking situation was TERRIBLE. There were maybe 15 actual parking spots in the hotel lot. We had to park in the hotel next door or the Ruby Tuesday parking lot. Which is a bit of a haul from the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel but wouldn't return because of the parking situation.

Very clean and comfortable room

Close to restaurants. Pool and gym available. Too many EV parking spaces not enough parking spaces for gas vehicles. Our room had a very foul odor. Management said we were not supposed to be in that room. They moved us. Getting connected to the wifi was a task. The process they have is not seamless.

Trying to find the entrance to the property

Our suite smelled HORRIBLE. It was obvious that dogs have stayed in this room (201) and the odor was very bad. This property is only 6 months old. I purchased a Glade Plug-in but it didn’t help. The blinds were broken and would not close. We had to stuff pillows at the window to keep light out in the early morning. Maintenance was requested but never arrived. Overall cleanliness was good, just a horrendous odor. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just so-so. As a diabetic I would like to see more protein options and less starch options (potatoes, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal).

The parking lot was not big enough and not paved well. I was double charged.

Had to ask for coffee at 8:45, had already pulled it. Very little parking, had to park in semi-legal spot in next hotel's lot. Must have been only 15 spots max for entire building with 100 units. Very poor dog area, these properties are known for dog friendliness, but not this one.
