Nothing. We didn't stay. A dump. Tons of deferred maintenance. Crumbling curtains in the lobby and our room, dirty windows. You have to sign all kinds of promises at checkin, and this is because of "problems" they have with "guests." It's in an unattractive part of town too.

I give Hi Way hotel the wrong rating they wouldn't help me I came here and the lady was nice and gave me a room Thanks . Change out the carpet do a little caulking in the cracks in the walls in the bathroom you good to go

Left before breakfast. But good night's rest. At first I thought I was going to have a problem with loudness, but turned out not to be an issue.

The staff was amazing I had another hotel room that did not have a room available for me after waiting 2 hours in the heat. I went to this one and was treated very well and she had me in my room within minutes… Thank You for your outstanding customer service.

My dog enjoyed looking at herself in the full-length mirror, and looking out the window on her hind legs. The TV wasn't connected well, but we were too tired to watch, anyway. The last time, we called the office and they came and reconnected it right away.

Great location off of I40, friendly staff, and a great price. The AC in one of our rooms had a distinct musty smell that was unpleasant.

The staff at front was great, especially since late at night. My only complaint would that the bathroom really needs upgrade. the ceiling tiles are metal and rusting, the shower head needs replace. The bed was good and stuff. For one night and price I would stay again. But it needs an upgrade.

Clean room, very pet friendly, quick follow-up on details. Fixed WIFI and TV immediately . Very people friendly, too.
