Staff was great!

It was a convenient location and an extremely comfortable room.

Bed smells perfumes

The Air conditioner was ok, but not great. Also,, even though the tv swivel, it was not ideal to watch from the bed.

Property has been renovated and clean and nice. The staff was great. Helen, of the breakfast crew was so kind and helpful.

The air conditioning was out in the lobby and the halls. The beds were not made on day 2. This is only done upon request, we were not made aware of this.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. It is in a great location. There was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower.

Good location. Breakfast was good. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. Whoever was in the room above stomped around like a herd of elephants all evening. The guy at the desk was rude. The water cooler in the gym was empty.

Someone left a pair of underwear by the pool. Hubby reported it, hours later they were still in same location. Room was clean

The room was clean, comfortable beds, pool was open even though automated message when booking said it was closed. Very hot in hotel hallways, lobby and dining area.

The room was poorly made up. Looked as if the housekeeper just threw the towels on the shelf. The refrigerator was not cold at all and no way to adjust it. The bed was poorly made up. The soap dish was not clean. It all made me wonder just how clean the rest of the room was... I didn't feel the cost was worth the stay.

Lobby AC broke. Side entries also broke.

Let me start with the positives. Bed and couch were both comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Quick and easy check in, friendly staff, very accommodating. Breakfast area was very clean and the staff member there was beyond kind and helpful, she was lovely. Then, the morning desk staff member, Kendra, was more than understanding and willing to listen to my disappointment with the disabled room. The shower was tiled in such a manner that water literally flooded the bathroom and bedroom., a huge slipping hazard for a person already dealing with mobility issues! Add to that a rolling chair for seating at a table where its placement has no access to desk lighting. Overall poor design of the room. But let me end this review to address the most important asset to this Hampton Inn, Kendra. And thank her once again for her hospitality.

Not what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. It was fine but older, worn, and seemed more on par with a Super 8. The bed had a huge saggy spot in the middle. The carpet was very dirty -- socks turned dark from walking on it. A little disappointing given how much we paid. Staff were great however.

The breakfast was very good and filling. Very comfy beds and rooms were clean and nice.
