We always stay here when we come to town to visit family. Not anymore, it has not been great recently but this stay was the worst. The refillable bottles for shampoo etc were empty. We requested a king room, we got 2 queens. Check in ladies have always been friendly, respectful and very pleasant. The man who checked us in was not. The place is just not worth the price.

Good location...was very busy w families and sport teama. Very helpful clerk, but room keys were touchy (took me 10-15 times to get lock to work). Vending machines take cash only (1s or 5s) so not convenient. Rooms very clean.

Dirty, weird smell, literal bed bug in the room. 0/10. Would never stay again.

Hallways and stairways had trash and had not been cleaned. Room was adequate. It was not clean. Tv had only 1 channel. It took the clerk at least 8-10 minutes to come to the desk after repeated ringing the bell and calling the desk. Breakfast was ok. Really disappointed.

Clean and comfortable. A good value.

The hot tub was hot but no bubbles. We got the key to our room but housekeeping was still cleaning it, so not ready. We stayed 2 nights but they never replenished our towels or emptied the trash. There was mold in our shower. Could use a paint job. There was no sausage in the gravy for biscuits and gravy.

My kids had a blast in the hot tub and pool and it was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly

Wouldn’t stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful, pulled in very late with a family with small children after a long day of traveling with unexpected delays, get into room and AC is broken, room is dirty, staff switched us to another room right away. But room had one bed, they said they had no double queen rooms left so offered a king room with a roll away. When it’s after 1am and you have small kids you’re kind of stuck with what you get. Bed was comfortable and clean (despite holes in side of the mattress) but room/floors/bathroom were not clean. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were broken off mounts and conditioner was empty. Breakfast was not very good, not cooked properly, salty beyond belief, just overall off and not pleasant. Outside was not maintained in the least. Hallways and elevator filthy. If it wasn’t for the very nice staff and comfortable beds we’d give this hotel a 0.

The address listed on Expedia was incorrect and took us to the wrong part of the city after an 8-hour drive. When we finally arrived, the room smelled like urine and the bathroom didn’t seem properly cleaned. Very disappointing experience.

Not a terrible place but could use some upgrades/repairs. The bathtub wouldn't drain and the barhroom door knob fell on the floor when we opened it.

Some amenities had a time frame on them and hot tub and gym was not open 24 hours, which... kinda was a bummer. Good times overall.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this motel and the 1st time was a little cleaner and this time the room seemed a bit more dated and run down , while pulling into the parking lot I had to dodge plenty of big pot holes which I was on a motorcycle and kind of dangerous if I wasnt in daylight or not paying attention. The desk clerk was friendly and welcoming , the breakfast was ok but could have a little more variety , it didnt really seem like they cared if you ate or not , just giving the minimum for continental breakfast.

Ac in room didn’t work well, had to set it at 66 degrees to get it to work! Couldn’t turn TV on and had to get help to fix issue, phone didn’t work, no soap in shower (only shampoo & conditioner), tissue box only had 2-3 tissues in it, toilet seat is loose and doesn’t fit well (wrong size), no water to drink in breakfast area & OJ tasted sour, no signs at the corner telling you where to turn at the traffic light to get to hotel which caused us to get on I-40 and had to drive an extra 18 miles to get back to the hotel (I had to call for an employee to guide me to the hard to see entrance from the corner traffic light on 3rd St.) The ad said the rooms were very quiet, but the people in room above us were noisy till very late & I couldn’t fall asleep for over an hour! This hotel needs a lot of work! The lady working the front desk last night was very kind who came to our room to work on TV, phone and AC (though we had trouble w ac all night long.
