The hotel and room was clean and comfortable but for a handicap accessible room, the shower did not have a non slip floor or any grab bars. The hot tub and breakfast area were good.

Convenient location, but needs to be maintained better. For example, the step incline would not incline.

The pool area was nasty had not been swept in weeks, dust bunnies every where.

There was a few flaws to the room and staff was helpful but at times hard to find. Over all it was nice and peaceful.

The bed was too worn out for anyone to be comfortable

Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, etc. Coffee was gone when we arrived Saturday, and it took a while for them to make some more. It is not "bold" coffee, which we prefer. We were there Saturday and Sunday. Weekdays may be different. The rooms were nicely furnished, comfortable bed, but kind of musty. If you have a bad mold allergy like me it may be difficult. This is true of most hotels these days in the south and humid southwest areas, even some nicer chains. Hotels will need to clean the coils in their AC units (where mold grows on damp dusty stuff and lint) along with the filters and also keep humidity down in the rooms (don'trun fan "on," use "auto"). Most don't seem to do that. Staff were nice enough, but not a professional vibe from them. Couldn't get a printed receipt upon checking out because they were both on a smoke break outside (last chance as a storm was about to break). But it was prepaid; so it didn't matter much in this case. Pool and hot tub looked clean and good, but we didn't use them.

It was quiet and convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was good. The beds were clean and comfy. The desk staff was very nice. When we checked into 2 rooms late and tired. The shower was running and had been running for a while in one of them. I notified the front desk as I didn't want to be charged for any damages. It was an uncomfortable night for both rooms as none of us realized, until the next morning, that the air was adjustable by a thermostat on the wall. Possibly consider signage. The TV remote wouldn't turn on the TV in one room.

The rooms needed updating and attention. The shower was meh. It needed a new shower head and the walls showed some water damage that needed a cleaner repair. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice and cool, it was Oklahoma in July.

We just made a quick overnight stop and all we did was sleep. It was clean and comfortable and the desk staff lady was extremely kind. They let us use several of their further away, less used spaces to park our RV, which was nice. Not every hotel allows that.
