HiWay Inn Express Elk City Route 66

I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel

They had no people to check you in. They had no help. Plus they are remodeling.

Nobody on premises and is abandoned. It took me an hour to finally get ahold of someone and they told me to find someone else due to not having anyone there. Hopefully I get my money back since I booked the room for 2 days and wasn't even able to check in / get a room.

I've stayed there before it's nice close to my family all the store around the hotel it's convenient right next door to a gas station Plus. The walls have cracks in the shower, no swimming pool doesn't work, and carpet need to be clean.

I did not like anything about this place. So I did not stay and decided to go elsewhere. Walked in to check in and no one was available. Also, lobby was extremely hot and smelly.There was no vehicles in the parking lot, the blinds were all torn apart as I drove in front of each room. Definitely looks like this place is not operating for business

Older place but extremely clean & quiet. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and just a great place to stay. We liked everything.

We booked a room. We were traveling and when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They left a number to call but they didn't answer. I contacted expedia and they tried to contact the hotel. Nobody answered

I didn't like the fact I spent all the money I had to get the room so I had a place to sleep I get there there's not a soul there and no one no cars no nothing I said inside the office for 2 hours calling the numbers that they had listed no one come

Roaches, just gross

The bed and pillows were very nice The sheets were way to big for the bed so they were wrinkled, the towels looked dirty, the refrigerator wasnt cool, there was no microwave, no closet to hang clothes, the floor looked dirty, the dresser drawers were not stable.

The room was dirty had live roaches everywheres the whole room needed to be redone there was black tape everywheres the bathroom door was all ripped up the tub was nasty as i have ever seen one the ac unit was barely working the person behind the counter was rude not only to me but a couple other people that whole motel needs to be shut down and either remodeled or thrown down the front door to the roon didnt shut all the way someone needs to go out there and completely shut it down

Nothing, Duty, disgusting, unstable, unsaved, I don't think someone would sleep in that room, I left the horrible place 10 minutes later didn't care about the money Just turned the room key

When we arrived at the motel there was nobody at the reception. Called twice before they answerd.And then we had to wait fifteen minutes for them to come and give us a key. The room hadn't been cleaned at all the the beds weren't even made. There was no other guests at the hotel.All the rooms were vacant. We went back to the reception to request a clean room.But he wouldn't answer our phone call again. We waited 10 minute's. We didn't stay at the hotel.It was too disgusting. The picture shows how we found the room, we didn't touch it.

Nobody at counter called number provided was unable to check in after calling number the person on other end said nobody in the building and just to cancel reservation will not recommend staying there

Nothing about the place. Nothing about the place it's dirty like they never clean the rooms. There is dead bugs on the floor. And has blood spots on the bed looks like they had or have a bed bug problem and probably dont even wash the sheets. They allow drug use in there. Found marijuana left in the dresser and fridge had spilled soda or something sticky in it.

Got to the property no one at the desk. Told to call a number. Called it and a man said he couldn't check us in and told us to cancel it. Had to call customer service to take care of the room. Left with no room after a 12 hour drive. Dirty and run down

Nothing It’s was fisgusting filthy the person working the counter was sleeping in the room rather than working horrible dirty room no toilet paper

Not for the faint of heart! $40 worth of motel for sure. If you're looking for a Lynchian experience, this is the place! Tbh, I did put my car trunk picnic blanket on top of the bed and just slept on that.

The location Everything besides the location. The service was lousy. The room was disgusting. The bed had not been made, or the linens changes. The stole and shower were really nasty. The window blinds torn up and a sheet was hung up with thumb tacs over the torn up blinds. The door looked like it had been kicked in a time or two. This place is not worth the cheaper price.
