Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Elk City by IHG

Very pleasant overnight stay

Other than a broken TP holder, all was well.

Absolutely what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I experienced clean rooms, a great breakfast, and 24 hour coffee! - everything you need for a short or long stay. Even had a great laundry area that was very useful for my extended stay. Note that pool was closed for some reason, but everything else was wonderful!

The room was clean and the staff was SO friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our time but were disappointed that the pool was closed. The main reason I booked this room was to surprise my kid with the indoor water park.

Pool was closed which was not listed when I booked it on this site. Had to get a new key every single time I left the room because the keys stopped working.

I booked a room online shortly after midnight on 7 July. I understand the dates changed and it wouldn’t allow me to choose the 6th of July anymore so I choose the 7 and leave the 8th. I was thinking the hotel attendant would understand and fix it on that end once my son explained. Needless to say they were unable and my son went to another hotel who was user friendly. My son and grandkids only needed the room for 12 hours to rest and recuperate but the hotel staff couldn’t pull it off so my son went elsewhere. My son was traveling from Fort Wachuca, Arizona to Scott Depot WV which is a very long trip. I would have thought all the time and money I have spent staying at Holiday Inns it would have been an easy fix. I’m sure the hotel will say it was booked online or through an app. Yes it was, it is 2026 and the technology is there. Figure it out, I won’t be staying at any Holiday Inns for the foreseeable future due to lack of customer assistance and in some cases, incompetence. Thanks vr DG

Room was big, staff friendly, good breakfast! Pool was shut down but we did get to swim at the other hotel which was good for my excited kiddos!

We have made this our stop everytime we are on our way back from Colorado. Kids love the pool. Rooms are updated, free breakfast, staff is super nice. Highly recommend.

For a one night stay the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff when we checked in was extremely polite and helpful.

The first thing I noticed was the smell~~most of the.time the smell of any hotel is less than appealing ~~this place smelled AMAZING!! We stayed on the top floor. The room also smelled wonderful! The carpet felt new, the sheets smelled soo clean, the beds were comfortable and the quiet was so restful. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast and the staff were all pleasant to deal with--so refreshing and a huge change from the recent stay at a best western in Weatherford. We have found our new place to stay on our frequent travels through the area.
