Super 8 by Wyndham Elk City

It just wasn't a good place the towels were dirty looking the outlets did not work well one of them didn't the microwave didn't work at all along with the coffee pot and then at check out I was charged a dog fee when the girl who checked us in the night before was told about them and nothing was mentioned about the fee.

Key card would not work on the door. No breakfast as advertised. Towels and sheets are grey. Ceiling had leak damage. Smell was awful in the lobby and room. No elevator to the second floor. Staff was good

Staff was as helpful as they could be though.

It was nice to just rest for the night. Definitely needs some fixing up. Tv volume didn’t work sink had a garbage can to catch the running water.

I booked 3 double rooms and each had its own problems. We ended up buying towels and pillows for the 6 of us. We ended up checking out a day early and lost the money for the 3rd nights stay. This booking was a horrible experience.

Easy access and nice room Having issue with key card system

I will never stay at a super 8 again. The sheets on the beds didn't feel clean. The room smelt so bad I could hardly fall asleep. The a/c didn't work right. The toilet was loose on the floor. They did not put out anything for breakfast not even bread for toast we left at 8:30am and nothing out up to that point.

Great location right off I-40 for Elk City. Lobby is big but not well cooled. Room AC was excellent and fan speed increased slowly each time it started up, so while the unit was noisy at full tilt, it didn't wake from or affect sleep. Did not try TV as was there only to shower/sleep, but was unable to use laptop for long because there were no accessible outlets except in bathroom. Other outlets were behind bed or heavy furniture. Maybe upgrade the bedside table lamps (which did not work, may have been unplugged, bed too heavy to look) to ones with AC outlets or maybe even USB ports. Fridge was cold enough to turn my gallon bottle of tea into a slush by morning, stayed cold past noon. Didn't try the microwave (cover was pried up on top) didn't need it anyway. Battery was removed from smoke alarm but it had AC power. Carpet in room (smoking king) was sticky but that's to be expected. Shower had great heat, just enough pressure, I'm 5'10" and it was way too low, I'd put the head up 4-6 inches higher. Narrow tub and straight rod means curtains touches through the whole shower, maybe consider a curved rod. Sink and toilet drained fine. Clean tile floors. Evidence of previous room colors visible at bathroom light fixture, pink then white then blue, Trans flag approved! Broken pickup in parking lot missing a wheel. Security present. Tons of parked semis, but couldn't hear them idling inside. Minimal highway noise. Overall EXCELLENT cheap rest and recover spot if you aren't picky.

Room was clean but sink leaked, toilet was loose the shower didn't work room was not cleaned the whole stay no breakfast was offered, front desk was unattended it was not a pleasant stay

This hotel was practically vacant. Rooms need some TLC - lightbulbs missing, ceiling needed patching, hole in bathroom door, microwave and coffee maker didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable!

General disrepair

First security, an exit by my room was blocked to stay open. I removed the can and the door still would not secure. I looked at the mechanism and it had been jammed with a lot of paper which I finally removed. Second website advertises breakfast there wasn't any at all of anything.

Do not book it. 1. The bed sheets have hairs left everywhere. 2. The room has order. 3. There is no breakfast, even though they post “free breakfast” in the ads online. 4. The front desk doesn’t care about your experience. Once again, DO NOT book it.

Location The place is dirty, rooms are dark,dirty, beds uncomfortable and the air-conditioning wasn't getting cold (or even cool) the staff not too friendly and I didn't see anyone cleaning or offering bath towels.

Nothing but the cost The was property had a nasty smell and very hot, bathroom old and didn’t look clean, AC didn’t work, lien didn’t look clean and over all DO better with keeping property in good condition

Said that it had breakfast but didn't pool was closed didn't say anything on website bed sheets had stains and burn mark on bed sheet room was very clean
