Nasty

Bedding was not cleaning and no hot water.

When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund.

Not good. Personnel were hard to find when my room key did not work. Pretty sure the cleaning staff lived in the room next to me and her husband/boyfriend came rolling in the parking lot with a semi truck at 11:00 at night. Her and her kids were super loud most of the night.....bratty little kid that talked terrible to his mother. Lighting in room was horrible. No coffer for the coffee maker. TV did not work very well as the internet connection was not good over WIFI. Swimming pool area was where all the junk was placed....looked awful and super dirty. No ice machine.....probably in the pool area. Carpet in the room was super worn and dirty looking. Very dated furniture. Dirty windows. Dated bathroom area....felt mostly clean except for the dead spider that someone hit on the wall....all body parts still there. Sheets were very old looking and had a rip in them. Just not a great place at all......

The lady who checked us in was very nice. Once we told her about the problems in the room, she explained there was a new owner and they just started working there to fix it up. They NEVER should have advertised they were open. Everything!

The office was locked up. We had to go to the hotel next door to sign in. No breakfast as was advertised. TV did not work. Three lights in room did not work. Dirty ring in the toilet. Coffee pot in room was broken. A couple of dead crickets in bathroom corners. The WiFi is not on a secure setting. The outside had over grown weeds all over the property.

Okay for short stay and price.

First all it was deserted and there was no one there to take us a check in. We have to go to the hotel next-door. Then when we get into the room, there’s no hot water. It was ridiculous. Under construction or whatever just close until your staffed and ready.

Somebody has my money, but the motel and Booking.com are blming each other. I will definitely consider not using this booking site at all in the future. Yes I was in touch with the motel and like 7 times with the Booking-com assistance number. No help. I even drove to the motel and they denied doing anything wrong and told us that Booking.com has our money. The fact that I paid for 2 rooms and was not allowed to have them. Did not get a refund either.

Booked a room from them and when I arrived, they didn’t have the room and I still haven’t gotten my money back a week and a half later. Don’t stay there. Never kept their promise to let the booking company know that they couldn’t honor our room that we already paid for

Didn’t stay!! Rundown property. Office locked with note to go to neighboring motel to check in. Groups of men hanging around opened room doors. Awful!

From the coffee pot with a water ring and dirty to the water in the sink coming out cloudy, I can not recommend. The heater had to burn off the dust and then it quit blowing heat. Checking in was rather difficult as we rang the bell, the desk was a mess with open chip bags and papers. Checking out at 9:45 am was difficult since 2 other guests were waiting even after ringing the bell I knocked on the private door and the same guy who checked us in finally came out with the same clothes on from the day before when he checked us in.

It started badly. I had to go next door to check in. Once in the room, the tv remote was missing and the refrigerator didn't work. I tried to call the office to report and just was disconnected. I had to go back next door to report the issues. The manager brought a different refrigerator and remote promptly. However, when I started to shower it took 22 minutes for the hot water to be warm.

No breakfast there. Motel full was already paid with reservation. They flagged us overto a rundown motel next door. Worst motel

No heat or hot water, owner extremely rude

The beds were dreadful and uncomfortable. The noise level was unacceptable. Everything was dirty.

No coffee maker in room No blanket (in March!) Second floor with no elevator (1st floor request) No handicap access Very poor quality towels and no soap or hairdryer Desk person not English speaking

the place had nothing it was a bed and a TV that's it good of one night and the bed was old and very bad the girl at the front desk was great.
