OYO Hotel Elk City OK Route 66

When finally someone from the neighboring hotel came, they were not an employee and said that they were "covering" since no one was "in" that day. My partner was NOT asked for IDENTIFICATION, not asked for card, or even confirmation, just to write their name on a post it. The key was made without verification, so their level of security was concerning. Dead cockcoaches were by the front desk counter, the bed was not made fresh, the cold water was NOT RUNNING at all from the faucet, the bed was newly stained with red juice, white powder was all over the comforter...it was beyond disappointing. My family had to barricade the doors overnight since the deadbolt was worn down. This by far, is the worst OYO location we've been to. I hope corporate reviews this for investigation. Yes, we have photos & video.

Nothing because it was overbooked and we did not have a place to stay We were told they were overbooked and they had no rooms for us I will never book there again my son and grandson stayed there they said no refrigerator in room or microwave

Onsite Oyo staff was awesome but it was actually impossible to get phone number to call them. Tried several times and agents all over the country would not give me a local number to advise of late checkin.

Woman behind reception desk had on a torn shirt, 3 children, one in a stroller. Little boy let his unleashed dog out of a cage, which attacked myself and my dog. They have no ice machine. Tv remote was missing. Towels were gray and torn. The place was disgusting! I don't know why Expedia would even do business with a place like this.

It was terrible. I waited 1 hour to check in but finally they refused to check in. My worst experience.

Clean room but I couldn’t find the tv remote

Hotels.com was AWESOME at handling this for us, and we were refunded and compensated.

Curtains were broken, a/c didn’t blow cold and holy pointed to the ceiling. There were spiders in the room. Killed one but prayed the other stayed where it was. Dead cricket in the sitting area and the bed and towels had stains on them.

The place in managed by two properties

Looked like poop or mud in the corner of the shower. There was no remote for the tv. Other than that the water pressure was good in the shower and the bed was very comfortable

The room was clean. They are renovating the whole place. Check in was hard to find, mainly because the hotel next door was also the OYO but still had the old sign up. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Restaurants close by.

Parking was fine. Staff never answers the phone. I walked in to the lobby and it took a long time to get help. Additionally, the pillows in our room had mildew and stains. There were cigarette ashes in the bathroom and in the tub, and the chair was stained as well. Once we saw the room, I returned the key and left. There’s no way I was going to stay there with 2 children.

There is a park nearby and also Route 66 museum, donuts across the street and a braums fresh grocery. Kristina, the property manager, was a great host!

Nothing at all. When we walked into the lobby all I could smell is Marijuana. When we got to the rooms, they smelled like raw sewage.

Clean and nice
