Four Points by Sheraton Elkhart

It was close to restaurants and stores. They are understaffed. You have to ask for room to be cleaned and towels. Ice machines don’t work. They offer a bar and restaurant but they were closed.

The staff and price

Room was clean and staff was pleasant.

Clean and reasonably up to date. The shelf that holds the soap and shampoo dispensers was lying on the shower floor. There were additional soap and shampoo pump bottles on the floor for use. The door from the back lot enters the bar. I dragged my suit case through the bar to get to the elevator. If I had not looked a Google Maps, I wouldn’t have found the building. The path to this building is through the Staybridge parking lot.

Bed wax comfortable, room spacious. Loved the full size shower. Had to pay for breakfast and there was no unflavored coffee creamer.

the property did not even have power when we arrived and no one reached out to us to let us know, despite having 12 hours notice. I am STILL attempting to get my refund. Manager Crystal stated this was handled over a week ago and will not return my phone calls.

The shower doors kept sliding back open after they had become wet. A previous guest’s hair was left on the shower wall. A housekeeping cleaning rag was left on the wardrobe. The person running check out seemed very standoffish and grumpy. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor, the floor below’s was blocked off by plywood, so had to go to the one above. (There weren’t any signs to let you know about this either) There was zero soundproofing between anyone in the hall and the door to someone’s room (meaning, you could pretty much hear from out in the hall what someone was roughly talking about inside their room.

Lobby was comfortable rooms were nice clean The breakfast was not ready we got up 630 had to leave by 8 and still was nothing set as we were leaving this was on Monday morning otherwise was a good stay

We booked for Friday thru Sunday. When we arrived this past Friday they were without power. We weren’t given a choice of continuing with our stay or leaving. No generators?? Which meant no a/c, and an extremely uncomfortable night of sleep, as it was super hot and muggy. Also the dead bolt on our room door was non- existent, like someone had kicked it off. So we were o oh able to use the bar to secure our door. I was very disappointed in this, as it otherwise looked like a nice hotel.

A storm blew through and there was no electricity. The staffing was rude. Cleanliness could have been better.

We were just traveling through and stayed here now for the second time. Nice, clean rooms, no weird smells, updated.

Bed was one of the most comfortable beds among the hotel chains. Rooms were clean, everyone quiet, didn’t hear other guests until morning. If I had to pick something, wish there was a free or flat rate buffet style breakfast. I didn’t know how to order, what they had, etc. so I didn’t eat there. I didn’t want to risk being late.
