Worst stay of my professional career! The internet was down, the elevator was not working, and the bar/restaurant waitress double charged me, and no one there could rectify the situation as the general manager was the only one authorized, and she went on vacation, without backup, and without even telling anyone when she would return. Overall, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will NEVER book Sheraton again.

Disappointed that not all amenities were available yet staff was unwilling to offer solutions or discount for inconveniences due to poor upkeep. No WiFi the whole stay and elevators were out of service but my family was placed on the second floor. Room experience was satisfactory, other than being woken up at 2am to someone trying to enter the wrong room.

It was clean and well kept. Not a lot of parking space. The pillows on the bed were very flat. Not fluffy. Shower door would not stay closed.

Our room was not clean when we arrived, the sheets and bed spread were completely off of bed 2. I had to go and get housekeeping to make the bed, he then cleaned the toilet and handed us trash bags for the trash cans after I requested them. The booking site stated that the hotel served a complimentary breakfast. After getting up early to go and get breakfast, I was told that they serve a restaurant style breakfast that obviously cost. WiFi didn’t work the entire stay, was told nothing further could be done about it. Housekeeping walk into the room at 9:45a.m. Without being invited in

They have issues with the WiFi when I really needed to use my laptop that’s about it hopefully that gets fixed soon

It was close to restaurants and stores. They are understaffed. You have to ask for room to be cleaned and towels. Ice machines don’t work. They offer a bar and restaurant but they were closed.

Clean and reasonably up to date. The shelf that holds the soap and shampoo dispensers was lying on the shower floor. There were additional soap and shampoo pump bottles on the floor for use. The door from the back lot enters the bar. I dragged my suit case through the bar to get to the elevator. If I had not looked a Google Maps, I wouldn’t have found the building. The path to this building is through the Staybridge parking lot.

Location was great, the overall decor and atmosphere was nice, too. The bathroom had a sliding barn door (so didn’t actually seal off like a normal door would). The shower doors kept sliding back open after they had become wet. A previous guest’s hair was left on the shower wall. A housekeeping cleaning rag was left on the wardrobe. The person running check out seemed very standoffish and grumpy. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor, the floor below’s was blocked off by plywood, so had to go to the one above. (There weren’t any signs to let you know about this either) There was zero soundproofing between anyone in the hall and the door to someone’s room (meaning, you could pretty much hear from out in the hall what someone was roughly talking about inside their room.

the property did not even have power when we arrived and no one reached out to us to let us know, despite having 12 hours notice. I am STILL attempting to get my refund. Manager Crystal stated this was handled over a week ago and will not return my phone calls.

Lobby was comfortable rooms were nice clean The breakfast was not ready we got up 630 had to leave by 8 and still was nothing set as we were leaving this was on Monday morning otherwise was a good stay

Dislike the bathroom barn door affect, and the corners of the bed bases are so sharp that you’re hitting your legs on them all the time

If I had to nit pick it would be the lack of a continental breakfast and a poorly working elevator.
