Hotel is under a rebuild. Owner is nice. He’s working on the hotel one room at a time. It’s gonna look really nice when he’s done. Was in a safe area of town? Food nearby. It’s probably gonna take him about 3 to 6 months, to get the hotel where he wants it. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice, that we stayed in. It says it has a Continental breakfast. He had a waffle machine, some fruit, and a juice dispenser. Decent price for the room.

Desk clerk (owner?) was very friendly and helpful, even offered a bottle of water due to the heat outside. Room was spacious and clean, nicely appointed. Great value for the money!

The shower was really nice. It had wonderful water pressure and there was something on the bottom of the shower to make you not slip. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. The staff was really friendly and was able to recommend places for dining. The area was quiet and we were able to rest well.

The staff was very courteous, helpful, and insightful. I was given information about events happening in town, suggestions on good restaurants, and fun things to do. The room was clean. They offer breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the property when I arrived. I expected it to be mediocre at that price point. Not so. The rooms are newly-renovated and modern, with nice amenities and attention to the fine details. The management was very attentive and focused on client satisfaction. I was welcomed with bottled water and personally walked to my room at check-in by staff. That type of personalized service is rare these days. I would definitely stay there again if ever passing through Elko.

Room was clean and well stocked. Ac worked well. The buildings roof was being re-done, so parking was a hassle and coming out of the building seemed like a hazard with the construction lift and cones with caution tape you have to walk through to get to your room.
