Staff was moderate helpful. The toilet was stained and ran constantly. The room location was very quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The bacon at breakfast was quite greasy.

Flooring/carpeting was pretty dirty and dated. Shower and bathroom were good. Pool was very cold and hot tub was drained. Very good breakfast.

The staff was very helpful in getting bedding for the hide-a-bed when we requested it. Breakfast was very good and kitchen workers helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was way too cold for a comfortable swim. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet and there were no distractions outside our room.

Arrived to breakfast the last hour. Breads and muffins were slim picking. Ice Machine down.

Cons: Pool is unheated and in an air conditioned room - it was freezing (60 degrees?)! If it were heated or in a hot room, it would be great. Hot tub was empty - that was disappointing. Not enough towels & soap; housekeeping did not make our beds when we were out for the day -even though we requested them to do so the night before. The explanation was that they were overworked. $10 charge for rollaway bed - that was the first time I’ve ever had that experience! I would stay here again because of the comfort and price, but the hotel is surprisingly lacking in some areas.

Staff were amazing, rooms were clean. During this visit the pool and jacuzzi were not working, but overall would recommend.

The staff were friendly and very helpful! I love that its pet friendly and still so quiet, rooms were clean, we will be using this hotel as our spot to stop on our trips!

Our stay was wonderful except our room had a few sticky parts on the carpet. I let the front desk know and was directed to leave an email and let the manager know. I thought that was strange as we were traveling and I did not really want to spend my time addressing it further than letting the front desk know. Manager emailed back and apologized.

The motel was clean and convenient to where I was visiting. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not functioning during my stay. Hopefully, that will be up and running in the future.
