Best Western Elko Inn

The next morning, I went to the front desk to speak to the manager. Apparently, the manager is never on site. We left three different messages for the manager to address this issue. No response. If you need internet for work, DON'T STAY HERE.

The bathtub did not work. The internet did not work. It just feels like a place that desperately needs to be updated.

This is a decent place to stay in Elko. Nothing fancy, and older, but was clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

The place is really well maintained but my toilet was not cleaned.

Not satisfied with the stay ! Room was clean and the toilet was very dirty!

There was mold in the room and the bed sheets looked like they weren’t even clean.

They seemed to be understaffed. All staff there were working their bums off but I did see some trash that needed to be picked up in my room, only barely one half a roll of toilet paper (was sufficient for me) - so I did not call the front desk and I knew they were swamped. All very nice and helpful!

The room was not cleaned. Sheets were not changed on the sofa bed. I had to request extra towels for the amount of people that were staying there no pillow sheets on the pillows ants crawling around all over the place trash on the floor not vacuumed not mopped. Pots and pans and utensils. All full of food. Drawers had leftover food sitting in them. Stove was not clean. This was absolutely despicable.

The room we stayed in had such filthy carpeting and smelled bad also. A good carpet cleaning would be in order. Banning animals would probably solve the problem

The internet never worked, the breakfast was not good, they said they were working on the internet and never did, my final bill had a $17 occupancy tax that I never was told when I reserved it and the bill had 10 occupancy tax that totaled $17 , recommend avoiding until stuff fixed room was ok , tv system horrible no guide

Other than that the stay was great, breakfast was on point, and the staff was friendly.

We love to travel and Never!! have needed to switch rooms not once but twice only to be put in a somewhat decent room. First room toilet and tub not clean hair +nasty all over it, sticky hand prints all over the mirror, large food crumbs all over floor, sticky all over the desk. Second room seemed clean until found large spray of something (maybe bodily fluid or splatter of food?) on the foot of the one of the queen size bed. Nasty!!! Third room air conditioner made a loud noise all night. The front desk gal come to look at it before we decided to stay she seemed like this happened often and she didn’t really have any better options other then just move to another room, she didn’t offer anything other an sorry. She even was frustrated. Made a comment about the cleaning staff was there for a long time that day. She even missed placed her keys and came looking for them, kinda felt bad she was so flustered at that time she was the only one at the front desk. It was just ok, a little hair in the tub but we just had a one night stay and were tried after a long drive Two teens were excited about the hot tub and indoor pool after all day in the car. Cold & dirty no towels. Didn’t dare to try breakfast. We will never stay at this Best Western again. A few night before we stayed at the Comfort Inn which is like the Hilton Compared to this Dirty Hotel.
