about 1/2 of the light bulbs work. No coffeemaker in room. HVAC filters in bad need of cleaning.

Bathroom floor mold The carpet was terrible smelt bad in the whole room. It looked terrible. The bed was broken flat stains on the sheets stains on the towels in the bathroom. The bathroom water came out brown. Not a good place to stay at all for any amount of time. It was a waste of my hundred dollars, and I regret it. Battery was moved from fire alarm smoke detector

Horrible customer service. Hotel canceled my reservation even after I sent them message explaining I would be late

Motels seem to be clean the carpet was in horrible condition the staff was okay breakfast was okay

Missed my wake-up call. Shower head was not fully functional. Breakfast was limited.

The rooms were horrendous. Stains on carpet and blankets. Cracks in the walls and ripped window covers. The hallways have a funky smell with torn carpet. This hotel is not worth the 100$ I spent on it. The only reason I rented the room is because I’m OTR and wanted to shower. Nothing would please me more than to get a refund and that hotel be condemn or renovated. DO NOT STAY HERE until then.

Location was great. The direct TV did not work. The Wi-Fi was not working properly, it keep buffering every 2 or 3 minutes. When the staff members where told about the problem, there only reply was sorry. One staff member did look at it and gave me the impression that he already knew there was a problem. After looking at it for about 2 minutes, said sorry and left.

The room was not properly clean , it was old warn down with a mold smelly . The staff was very rude , no elevator, non of the doors can be entered into the hotel except the main one. I would strongly suggest not staying here . We didn’t feel safe and slept with something in front of the door in case someone tried to enter we would hear it .

Location was great. Staff was fantastic. Want to especially thank Tessa (I believe that’s was her name) I had an issue with the AC and she came to fix it herself. She worked the front desk. Very outdated, dirty, curtains missing privacy cover, floor filthy, walls damages, blood on the Kleenex cover. Had to use vise grips to hold curtain closed, I was on the ground floor.

The breakfast was pretty good! The hallway carpet was the worst I think I have ever seen in a hotel. I would suggest the housekeeping ask if people have checked out before knocking on doors at 8 a.m.

The property, however, was run down and ill maintained. Dirty walls. Odd odors. All the carpets are ripped or stained. Give this place a miss

Fair breakfast

The young lady at the receptionist had no customer services. I have never had such a terrible customer services. She has no respect. She does not know the words like "please" "excuse me" "thank you" So bad. Hope she can learn something in her life from now on.

The hotel is trash smells like sewer and the carpet is falling apart from being too old

Good location Shower did not work, carpets were filthy with stains, stains on walls, parts of the walls were missing plaster.
