Usually love staying here but the maids came too early and the rooms were uncomfortably hot!

Check-in staff was friendly. Like that the casino has live tables but some are only open on weekends.

nothing beds are old, room in need of serious updating, outside garbage cans over flowing, not worth the $$$ we were charged; TV very few channels and towels felt old and used as well as linen had stains

It wasn't worth the money.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was on the second floor and far from the elevator. It is hard for me to walk up and down steps so that was a challenge. I have artificial knees and an artificial hip. Two bad shoulders and neuropathy in my feet. I requested to be close to the casino as I have issues walking. Also my husband mentioned it at checking in and he wasn’t concerned. We mentioned to casino director on our last night and he wasn’t concerned going to get us moved but at that point more of an effort to pack up and move and then leave in The morning. We’ve stayed there before and haven’t decided if we’re going to again.

Rooms did not have working coffee makers....there were no ice machines working on any level except for one almost to the registration area on floor one and no signs to indicate where the one that worked was. You're forced to check every floor in every building only to find this out.

Also great when we take our dog. We stay 3 or 4 times a year.

Started out with someone’s throw up by the front door of our room. Then on the the balcony there were beer cans and Starbucks cups all over like someone had a party. Shower had very bad pressure and while brushing my teeth the sink almost overflowed.

The raters who are giving this as an 8 or above have never stayed at a nice hotel chain before. Spend the extra money. You are not going to like the room, you are not going to like the smell of smoke everywhere, which is unavoidable.

I liked that the room was clean, safe, away from the casino smoking areas.

We had a great stay at the hotel and casino. It was my birthday, so I got some free slot machine play. We had a great prime rib dinner, so much, I had to get a to-go box with leftovers, very yummy, great service.

Red Lion is missed. Maverick took over and let the grounds go to trash. Everything is overgrown, trash everywhere and the rooms are just meh.
