I like the 2 sinks and the sitting area.

Nice property, convenient location, the only disappointment was the pet area could have been larger.

The staff was attentive and the rooms where clean

The electronic blinds did not work in the room and couldn’t be opened. The person at the desk said they had not been working for months and that they were not working in any accessible room. Lame.

Staff were unprofessional complaining about me using booking.com and what an inconvenience that is for them. Messed up my reservation. Location is nothing special, noisy. Rooms were fine

The place is great if traveling with a pet. It’s comfortable and safe. The kitchen is nice if you bring your own stuff to eat. I stay here every year to n my way to and from Montana.

Great location in Elko, a regional center. We'd just come in from the desert and needed to clean up and relax. We were able to do that in our comfortable suite.

Didn't have the breakfast Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. When I asked at the front desk I was informed they were short on staff and only cleaning rooms after check-out. However I say 3-4 maids on our floor alone each morning. I told them I just wanted some clean towels and to have the trash emptied which they did on our last day. There should have been a sign up at the front desk advising about this policy. That would have avoided confusion.

I wish every hotel was like this one.very clean. Very new feel. Friendly staff. Nice pool. We needed to do laundry and they had a nice facility. Mexican restaurant within short walk. Views of the desert. Nice shopping center near. Felt safe. This hotel is a gem in the middle of no where!

The room was clean and spacious. The property made some adjustments for access when they learned I was traveling with 2 dogs. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And the icing on the cake was the spa water they served in the lobby! Yum! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and conveniently located right off the highway by the temple. Our room was bigger and had more amenities than we needed for our one night stay. There’s a kitchen with a sizable fridge and hot plates for cooking are available at the front desk. We thought that was fun for if you’re staying longer, you’d be able to have some home cooked meals. Katie was incredibly helpful with checking in and it was fun to chat with her! Our bed was a little soft but that’s a me issue.
