Holiday Inn Express & Suites Elko by IHG

Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful.

The beds are cozy, rooms clean, and the shower has Dove body and hair products. My only complaint is the shower floors could use a good scrubbing or refinish. Until next time!!!

Property looks fairly new and is in great shape and well kept up. Everything was very clean.

This was a great stopping point before traveling onto Utah.

The beds were really, really terrible. My wife and I could not sleep but a couple of hours that night. The mattress had holes in them that made it like sleeping in a hammock and at the bottom you could feel the boxspring. It’s impossible for me to think that the hotel looks so nice and yet the beds were horrible.

For being a newer hotel, the bathroom already looked very worn. Shower install was cheap and the water took forever to get hot. We choice this hotel because it was rated exceptional but it wasn’t. It was fine but not exceptional. Also, all the ice machines were down and the breakfast room is small and poorly laid out.

Room was clean, good bed, roomy, and had the best shower I ever had in a hotel... great pressure, hot, nice amenities, walk in.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet and well located

I am not sure that I have ever seen a hotel staff as helpful as this group. The rooms were very nice . Breakfast was different every day! Really from the top down or the bottom up. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!!!!!

Front desk was fast and efficient and very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Love this location. Still has coffee, and water cups in the rooms, soft water for showers, and there aren’t excessive cameras (in the elevators, etc)!! It felt like a good family vacation/business stay hotel, as apposed to a 5-star prison. I mention it because we stayed in another city the night before, same company owned hotel, and felt very different about our stay. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location. And close to everything.

Hotel was a little beat up. Blinds in room were torn and would not work. TV only worked intermittently. Beds harder than usual. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express, but we will not be revisiting this Elko location

We loved the property and the room! Everything was nice and clean! We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave.

The smoke detector is between the beds and flashes white and green lights 8 times per minute!! Unbelievably bad design to put it there to disturb sleeping guests! I had to get some tape and napkins from the front desk to try to block out the lights standing on my bed to reach it. Only partially successful.
