1. Vanity sink could not drain because the control handle was unhooked from the drain plug. Kudos to the maintenance personnel who immediately fixed the issue 2. Toilet seat was very loose 3. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not function. (We recommend that the housekeeping staff check for these types of maintenance issues before guests occupy the room) 4. In our suite room, the floor plan was very unusual. From the bedroom you have to walk clear across the sitting room to get to the bathroom. 5. The sofa was especially small. Therefore, an added comfy chair works be a nice touch. 6. Potentially dangerous issue in the bathroom. If someone is in the bathroom and if they leave a drawer open in the lower right side of the vanity, there is no way to open the door from the outside of the person inside has a medical emergency, because the open drawer blocks the door. 7. Tried to wash two mugs in the kitchen sink, but could not get the water hot. So, we tried to wash them in the DW but could not get it to work. The breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts. There was a wide variety of selections besides the usual dry scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. The egg bites were excellent, and we appreciated the pork sausages. ( exception: there was no oatmeal option)

Elko is a cute town and we love that the hotel is centrally located. Staff was friendly.

Nice new hotel, in a nice quiet part of town. This place cost way too much. To add insult to injury, they added a separate fee for parking. This was ridiculous. Everyone drives there. Everyone has a car. This is a BS fee!

This place was awesome!! The suites are spacious with a nice kitchenette living room with sleeper sofa and two bedrooms with king beds. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean, staff was amazing and breakfast was SO good. It was also nice that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. Would stay there again!

The bed was pretty comfortable and the room stayed cool and quiet. Breakfast was decent by hotel standards. The pool was small but nice and hot tub was relaxing. Staff was fine. Too expensive. Ended up costing $300 per night for a 1 king bed suite in Elko, Nevada. They charge $40 in hotel fees and taxes and insultingly charge $8 per night for parking. We drove 4 hours through the desert without passing another car to the middle of northern Nevada and get charged for parking?? The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The room wasn't as clean as it should be for $300 a night. Cob webs left around the window sill. Crumbs in the pullout sofa.

Great room with great amenities. 2 bedrooms living room and full kitchen. Great condition. Had a pet relief area too. Super pet friendly.

The location of the hotel is convenient, near the highway, and shopping, dining. The kitchen with a full size fridge is sufficient to allow us to prepare our lunch for our hiking during the day. Breakfast offers great selections of both hot and cold items. My girls particularly love the egg drops and biscuits with gravy. The gentleman who is minding the breakfast area was attentive and so helpful. He noticed that I was getting the foods for my family and he offered me a tray to ease my tasks. The staffs in the hotel are all very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and will return.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. The room next door to me was being repainted, the kitchen area of my room smelled of paint for hours.

My husband and I have stayed here many times. Always very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
