We were the first ones in for breakfast and the potatoes were cold. The curtains were in bad shape and the window screen were torn. The bed was not the best, but the clerk working the desk was verey helpful and gave use directions to a Great restaurant near by.

Last time we stayed here, the pool and hot tub needed a lot of work. They did the work and they both look great now. Good job!

Not impressed Sausages was maple which I didn’t like and scrambled eggs were hard and the oranges were sour.

The bathroom was in disrepair and the bathtub and shower were broken. The room was clean but the beds were really uncomfortable. The carpets in the hallway are dirty. The staff was very nice and friendly.
-
carpet was so dirty our feet were getting black from walking on it

Security cameras not working with cords hanging down. Ice makers on both floors non operable. Both access doors past main check in have card readers that are non operable. People put rocks to keep them open…not very secure. Duct tape on stair hand rails. Duct tape on base boards. Bed next to ac unit very noisy and cold had to turn off. Staff seem ok the building decently needs some TLC!

This hotel is only a 2 star hotel. I tried to get a refund because quality was misrepresented. My room had rusty goo oozing out of fire sprinkly, bathroom horribly small and weird, queen beds extremely sunken with foot of bed high, windows sun damaged, flooring filthy, furniture out dated, headboards dirty with moisture marks oozing down. Manager unavailable, no offer to move to a better room. Left and they say we used the room when I have proof I left and stayed in a nice hotel in Reno. Property has lipstick so it appears nice in photos.

The breakfast was okay. The room was clean, but the carpet was old and stained. There were tears in the drapes so some morning light came through and woke me up. But these are minor things. Still, it was clean, the beds were comfortable and i got a good night's sleep. I felt clean and secure and I would recom.end this hotel.
