You get what you pay for. If you are traveling on a budget, this is not a bad stop. It was inexpensive, the A/C was cold, the water was hot in the shower. But it was not the cleanest room. The bathroom had water stains in the shower, there were old key cards in the coffee station, under the beds were gross… but the bed was also comfortable and the bedding seemed clean. So it was an OK stay. Not 4 stars but definitely not 1.

Check in was easy initially but we couldn't get in our room as it was occupied by someone else. The alternative room we were giving was not ready - was still messy, still had someone's food in the microwave, bedding wasn't completely changed, pillows were all over the place, towels and soap were missing. Manager was not reachable. However, reception understood our frustration and agreed to cancel booking.

Very clean and peace
-
Old towels ,a sheet with holes, stain on the furniture, stains on the blanket

Be sure to try Pizza Barn for a great pizza. It is close to the hotel.

Didn’t stay. Twice as expensive as other places. Sorry but we have a budget. Room or fuel.

No lift in the building. Breakfast options are very limited and not good also.

Bathroom had several types of hair on surfaces. One table was covered in powder or dust of some kind. Check in was very slow, and the room wasn’t ready at 6:00pm so I had to wait an additional 20mins. When the keys were handed over the room number was announced twice for everyone in the lobby area to hear. Traveling alone for work, this made me very uncomfortable. Parking lot is small and crowded. Ran out of coffee before 7:00am, waited over 15mins but more wasn’t brought and I was checking out and needed to depart so didn’t end up with coffee. My room key randomly stopped working and locked me out on my last morning. Gym equipment was broken and exterior doors of the building didn’t all close and latch easily. Staff was friendly.

The room is not ready at 7pm when I checked in, waited for 10-20mins then we get in to find hairs, tooth picks in washroom. The room is stinking, it came from one of the beds and the blanket. Hotel employees helped replaced the blanket and the liners, the smell reduced a little bit, but still there for the whole night. This was a terrible experience…

The breakfast spread was very extensive, and the food tasted excellent.

The room didn’t smell too good. The windows were filthy and it appeared the breakfast area wasn’t that clean either. We didn’t stay for the continental breakfast. Would never stay there again.

Person checking us in ask us to wait 15 minutes while he made the bed in our room. Not sure if bed sheets were washed. When we returned the floor was wet and had to smell Pinesol all night long. Very SKETCHY. Do not recommend staying here. We will not return.

Breakfast was not appetizing, dry eggs and potatoes. No tissues in box. Room telephone didn't work. No blackout curtains in room 212. Is there a dress code for your employees, bc they were quite sloppily dressed. Place is rundown, I would not stay again, or recommend.

The property was very dated and worn down. Terrible premises. Tried to make it smell good with sticky room spray.

Room was dated, toilet seat very worn, and smelled like Lysol. Breakfast is the usual meh Sisco food.

Awful

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Moderately priced. The only things that needed improvement were the lack of plates for breakfast so we used bowls but it's not ideal to eat waffles from cereal bowls. The dog area is pretty lacking, bare dirt, very small fenced area, no poop bags but we had our own. Overall happy and will stay again next time we go through Elko.

This hote is dated but you can at least see that they do try. Microwave , fridge and a decent TV in the room makes the stay better. The 5 star goes to the staff. Everyone from the manager to the maintenance crew were extremely helpful and pleasant. While the beds are rather uncomfortable and walls are paper thin, this is a good choice for an overnight or quick stay.
