There actually wasn’t any grass for the pets, but they did learn to use the small rocks. So it actually went ok.
-
Excellent news lace to stop on a long trip. Very clean and comfortable

Staff were friendly

Hotel had an overpowering smell of Pine-sol or whatever cleaning product they use. Carpet in hallway and stairs needed to be vacuumed. Very small room. Large gaps between door and door jamb. Looked like the smoke detector had been ripped off the ceiling. Room just seemed shabby. I couldn't take the overpowering smell of cleaning product and actually just left after coming back to the room after dinner. I left the key card on the dresser and kept driving to Twin Falls.

Everything felt really old and had a strong air freshener smell. My window opened DIRECTLY onto the parking lot so I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains which made the room dim. The hair dryer kept falling off the wall and the shower curtain rod looked like it was about to go too. On the bright side, the bed was very comfortable, I had a full refrigerator/freezer and the people at the front desk were nice.

When I called back several days later, Jen said they had stopped using that certain cleaner. Next time I am going through Elko, I will give them another try. There customer service more than shows me that. Thank you Jen, you went above .

Smoke detector missing from ceiling, hair dryer didn’t work, not good breakfast, got got charged twice for room (Expedia n on site)
-
When we arrived we were told that they were short on staff and our room had not been cleaned and our reservation canceled. They said we were not charged, but when I got my credit card bill we were charged.
-
I didn’t like parking. As a horse trailers took up 5 parking spots and big trucks took up two parking spots each. Not happy but everything else was great
-
Clean room , For the orice you cant beat while traveling through
-
Had a snall piece of the flooring missing in the bedroom but other then it was great. Would stay here again. Good price
-
Not very clean. Hairs on the bedding. Comforter was very old. Old worn faucets, and tubs. Vinegar in the AC to hide the strong body odor smell in the room.

Just what was expected
-
Disrepair of the hotel broken things everywhere. Most of workout equipment is broken. Moldy bread put out for breakfast. Staff does not care. Hotel was run-down but fairly clean.
-
But The Room was Not Clean it Had someone shaving hair and Hair All over the restroom in the the sheets had crumbs in the bedding hair on the carpet and a Very strong odor All over and it had dog feces next to the outdoor bench you can tell it’s not picked up regularly because some of it was white.

I DID NOT STAY HERE
-
Bed was sunk in.
-
Over a 12 day stay, the room was not cleaned. Towels were not replenished. Sheets were not changed. Our toilet was clogged on the second day and we were given a plunger to unclog it. This happened again several days later. Cards didn't work.

The place looked like a dump compared to the pictures, glad I didn’t pay to stay there.
