Nice rooms, just stayed for a night. Comfortable!

Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Liked the breakfast: great bacon. Room comfortable. Easy access to local amenities and the highway

Shutters is always a nice place to stay. The breakfast, restaurant on site and indoor pool are why we stay there.

Stopped for one night during a road trip. Clean, comfy beds. Walls are super thin, and we were right next to the stairwell so it was pretty loud most of the night. Restaurant is good!

The room had a lot of broken things in them including broken outlet cover, when told stuff about that they just said that maintenance can come in the morning and they can do anything right now. Ice machine is only available on the first floor the rest of them are not working.

Our bathroom had no large towels, no soaps, etc. Used coffee pod was left in the coffee maker. Ice machine on our floor had been removed. I went to breakfast around 9:30, it was unmanned, I had to reach for the food behind the glass myself and they locked the juice up and everything else 10 minutes before closing. The employees acted like they didn't like their jobs.

Best part of property was the restaurant, dinner was really good and waitress was great. Breakfast cook was really nice too. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom in our room was concerning all the bathroom floor was coming up. Front desk staff check in was very impersonal seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. Same with morning desk staff seemed put out if you asked a question.

From the cleanliness of the rooms to the very helpful staff, my state was very enjoyable. The only reason they did not get five star review from me was the restaurant was closed for maintenance issues and I already had figured to eat there.

We liked how clean everything is. We were disappointed the bar was not open. The room was comfortable and quiet. My single main thing I would downgrade the hotel with is the fact they have very short toilets. A taller upgrade would be most appreciated by all!

Property and room was clean. The beds were very comfortable, however the selections for breakfast were very slim.

Bathroom was not clean. Room was very noisy. Breakfast was less than desirable.

We've been staying at shutters at least once year since they first opened. Still looks new, rooms are clean, staff is helpful. They've had some struggles getting their kitchen together but the new Burger Bar looks to be gaining traction. The only change I'd make mention of are the carpeted guest rooms - ditch the carpet and go with some kind of a hard substrate instead.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. I was traveling I arrived late. I was tired. I had to clean the shower and bath before I could even shower in it because there was so much hair and grime. The bed was lumpy, super uncomfortable, and felt very dirty. The floors were tattered, torn and scuffed. There was hair and buildup dust in the corners of the bathroom. I would never stay here again, and Hailee would recommend to steer clear of this place.

Very nice room, needed a shower renovation, very polite and helpful staff. Thank you Nicole for your restaurant suggestions and getting us the right pillows for a good night sleep. Breakfast was good but would’ve preferred a variation. Really appreciated fresh cold water every day. Loved the orange juice, good coffee and bacon was cooked perfectly!
