Wow......GREAT place to stay

The property used to be a Hilton Garden Inn so the rooms and common spaces are all good sized and nothing feels cramped. Tip: since it was a HGI the rooms have thermostats that have motion sensors on them so they shut off after a certain amount of time without motion so don't think the system is broken, just restart it.

Clean, comfy, great breakfast.

Rooms were nice sized, clean,but fridges were turned down and mini freezers frozen over so had a hard time keeping our ice packs cold for our journey. Keriug was broken and coffee grounds went everywhere. Breakfast was ok, eggs were cold by the time I got down. Staff was friendly and was able to move our 2 rooms so they were 2 doors down instead of on separate floors. I do wish that would happen automatically when you book multiple rooms at once. The price was good and loved that it had a clean indoor pool and spa. I'd stay there again.

Cute hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet, Central drinking water, effective air conditioning, decent breakfast (although the scrambled eggs were overcooked) !!! Loved the Easy Thai restaurant down the street.

Staff was great. Accommodated our request for ground floor near exit which is nice. Property itself is very dated with basic amenities. Pictures are definitely nicer and set higher expectations, when the property is generally a 2 star place. As long as you realize the “excellent” reviews seem inflated (compared to other “excellent” reviews for hotels I’ve stayed in reliance of these reviews), then you should be ok to have more realistic expectations and stay at this property.

The hotel felt spacious and open, very clean and quiet. We slept well, comfortable beds and great breakfast.

This is a great hotel and was a value that would make me want to return to Elko. Good breakfast and lovely new decor.

Needs to be updated. Linens and towels needed to be bleached. Most were not even white.

This property was outstanding! The room was clean. The hotel was clean. Amenities were outstanding. The staff was most helpful and professional.

Very clean, friendly staff. Ice machines are out of order on 2nd and 3rd floors.

This was a great value. The breakfast was outstanding. Bacon was actually full size nice bacon. The beds were very comfortable and soft. The only thing that was bad was the tub/shower. It looked refinished and a poor job at that. Bathroom floor, not in bad shape but the lino was coming up at the seams. Good location for the overnight stop.

We stay in Elko often to visit family and most of the hotels are 2-3 star with travelers who stop for a night on the way through. This hotel as an impressive lobby and the employees are friendly. The breakfast is limited as to the choices, but it’s cooked on sight by a chef, so not the typical powdered eggs. You have to request a towel refresh if staying more than 1 night. We like that pets are not allowed and that the side door needs a key to access, which we have not found at other hotels.

Property itself was fine. But there were hairs in both the bathroom sink and shower, and the bathtub was quite dirty. I used a towel to stand on in the shower. Didn’t give much confidence that care had been taken to clean the rest of the room. Won’t stay again.

Cleaning crew knocked once, unlocked my door and started walking into my room at 9am. Luckily I had the door latch on! The beds are horrible and the mattresses desperately need replacing. There are lots of places to stay in the area. Do NOT choose here!

The Breakfast was eggs, bacon, waffles with two different kinds of syrup, fresh juice and cereals. It was not a spectacular breakfast, but was definitely just fine for what we needed. (We hate it when it's just muffins coffee and juice, and this definitely was better than that.)
