Bed and linens were comfortable, bathroom and shower adequately sized with good hot water. Breakfast fine. Mostly clean but traces of red mold and white film on hard to reach bathroom surfaces.

First let me say the staff was great at check in and check out. The room was clean, beds very comfy—too bad I couldn’t sleep anyway because of the noise. We could hear people in the halls, we could hear people talking in the parking lot. We could hear doors slamming. In the middle of the night, a trash truck came and emptied several dumpsters at the property next door. We really heard that. There was some mold in the shower. Most of the outlets were so loose that our chargers fell out on their own—both the wall and lamp base outlets. Coffee at the buffet was good, but the rest was disappointing. There were 7 oranges that looked like the moisture was disappearing and 2 sad, brown bananas. At this price, I expected better. I do not recommend this place nor would I stay here again. Pool was “closed for maintenance” from our check in to check out.

Decent place to stay but cosmetics inside could use some attention as the walls are pealing in spots and carpets are a bit worn, extremely nice staff that will help you with anything I will say that, bed was very comfortable but the pillows had a smell to them that didn’t smell the cleanest, nice place to overnight and breakfast was okay but it was just okay.

Staff was very helpful the elevator was not working and they found a room on the 1st floor for us.

Location The breakfast wasn't very good. We couldn't shower. It was never cleaned from the previous guests. There was hair in there.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Location is what it is. It's a hotel in the middle of a parking lot.

The hot water in the shower was non-existent, luke warm at best. Other than that, all good. The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. I understand the safety issues but a midnight in sub-zero weather who shows up except hotel guests?

Beautiful hotel. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was lovely and spotless. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
