Great location if you’re avoiding Ithaca madness around graduation events and want to head back home early in the morning. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable, atmosphere is welcoming. We stayed 2 nights; our room was never cleaned after the first night. Basics were not met.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable. Noise travels between rooms quite a bit- you can hear what others are saying, walking above you if you are on first floor, etc. Just something to be aware of.

I rarely give ratings. The staff is great and has been every time we have stayed in the hotel (which is often). The facility is also very nice.

Everything was perfect, except the fan in bathroom didn’t seem to work causing the mirror to fog up.

Neutrals and negatives; When we checked in, while professional, the desk person was very robot-like and did not tell us anything about the property- such as where to get our breakfast. (It was directly across from the desk, but looked like the average Starbucks- not a made to order breakfast). The room was clean, but the noise level was terrible until about midnight. I assume others were checking in late. There was a lot of door slamming and very loud talking. In the morning, from 6 am on, it sounded like elephants were overhead. So, we didn’t get much sleep. We did not have breakfast, though I overheard another guest at checkout comment on the high cost. So, glad we skipped that. There was only one group seated when we left at 8am. There were board games in the lobby as well that would have been nice to know, as we were traveling with a child who would have enjoyed that. We didn’t see those until we were leaving. At both check in and check out, we had to wait for service and were second in line. Both times, someone was not readily available for even the first person who was waiting. Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was only cleaned once in my 3 days stay.

Overall experience was positive. No real issues. Which we had more time to enjoy the pool at other amenities.
