Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our initial room smelled poorly, but it looked clean. They moved us to a different room and that was much nicer. The location was super near restaurants and retail stores. Really lovely!

I had myself and my grandmother in a handicap room. There was a huge lip to get over the doorstep into the room itself, which is harder to do with a walker. The bed itself was much too high, and I had to pick her up and roll her into bed every night and every time she got up to use the restroom. I would never call this a handicap bathroom with the exception that there are railings near the toilet, but the shower is completely inaccessible because it’s a bathtub not a walk-in shower.

First room was not clean and smelled like stale smoke. Front desk was helpful and got us a new room but that was not very clean (hair in bathtub, floors not vacuumed, surfaces not clean). No remote for TV (that we could find). AC made loud and strange noises.

Stains everywhere in the room, extremely thin walls. Could hear everything in surrounding rooms.
