The room was perfect Pool and hot tub no water

It was a convenient place to stay on my trip between Michigan and the Catskills in NY. The staff was very nice, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was ok. The breakfast could have had a few more offerings, but the hotel wasn't too crowded on a Thursday night, so maybe they cut back. I would have liked more than one coffee pod for the morning along with creamer.

The only issue I had was the hotel pool was not currently up and running or the hot tub. That was one of the main reasons that I booked them because I wanted something to do before we left for the concert.

We had to fill and run the jacuzzi tub and then drain it a couple times because there was black specks of stuff coming out. We are aware they are newly opened so some of the shortcomings are forgivable like the pool and hot tub not being open. The AC unit didn't have an option to keep the fan running all night ao every time it would turn on to cool, it would be loud and obnoxious. TV was very small too.

Went out of their way when a collarless dog walked in with a guest to both protect the guests and after calling animal control continued to call other hotels nearby to find the owner which they did! Great value. Just opened under new ownership and getting things worked out. Good stay.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast wash better than most hotels.

From what I was told, this happened a couple weeks prior. They're doing upgrades to the Hilton Garden. Which is a good thing I guess. The staff at the Hampton, did a wonderful job explaining and taking care of things. Perhaps the rating should be higher for them and a zero for corporate not getting that info out to the guests. Maybe I might have chosen a totally different location. The fact no one told me that the Hilton Garden would be closed and we were getting moved to a different location. VERY disappointed with corporate and way upper management. Definitely will have 2nd thoughts about booking a room, and maybe look at other resources in the future. Again, the staff at the Hampton were awesome!

Location, comfort, price

Quiet, peaceful, much needed break away. Room didn't lack anything. Very comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. Will definitely be back. Leaving, lol.

it was convenient for us tv wasn’t working partly coffeemakers was broken when I booked the room it was telling me the break fast was included but when I check it the woman told me it wasn’t included I could have found a better deal then this

It was local to anything we needed (we forgot a few things) and many restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the cost was actually better than going out to a restaurant. All the staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

!st day breakfast was ok. Meals were brought out 1 item at a time, and cold. 2nd day there was no coffee and a lack of food. We went to another restaurant for breakfast. Obviously, the breakfast was poor. also, the bathroom had no vent system working

The beds were comfortable they had nice clean soft bedding the staff were great and accommodating. It was clean. If only the had complimentary breakfast.

poor breckfast Poor staff. Room 117 had a very bad leak in the tub that you could hear all night long. We leaft a day early, but still had to pay for two nights and only stayed one noght
