Comfort Inn & Suites Emporia Area

Nothing We did not stay there because they had no parking for us. Told us to park at a Pizza Hut lot across the street. Would not refund our money. Had to spend another $160 to stay at a nearby competitor who gladly accommodated us.

Nice location, close to several shops and restaurants Pool was very dirty, bottom had algae and was a bit green

This hotel was clean and conveniently located on our route. The room had a plastic pan placed under the air conditioner and you could hear dripping into the pan all night. You could also hear the TV in the room next to ours all night.

Hot breakfast food was not very appealing. Other stuff was fine.

Had an early check in. They were very accommodating. Had to stay an extra night and they were able to make that happen. Bathroom was a little tight.

Room was dirty. Had to clean the floors. While hotel was ok but not clean. Pool and hot tub not in service and weren’t told until we arrived.

Very clean and kind staff The dryer was broke.... BUT the clerk dried my load, SO honestly it wasnt a big deal

Very clean, smelled good. Not a lot of noice issues, especially being off the freeway. Perfect location to stay one night and get back on the road!

The entrance of the hotel smelt good and appeared very clean and inviting. The host at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Appreciated her helping my parents with their TV and got a step stool for my Dad so he could climb up onto a king size bed. The room and beds were very clean. Check out went very smoothly. Will stay again! Our room smelled like Smokey pickles. But I took care of that by using my car deodorant by clipping it to the AC unit.

The stay was great and clean

The bed was comfortable. The location was great. I was able to go to nearby Walmart to get things for our breakfast since we were staying 3 days. Wednesday morning: Breakfast was not that great. Hard boiled eggs were frozen. When I asked how I was supposed to eat them, she said heat them in the microwave. I said won’t they explode and she just raised her shoulders like I don’t know. Needless to say they blew up all over the inside of the microwave. Dryer would not heat enough to dry a load of clothes. Ran them through twice ($3.00) still damp.

This is our go to in Emporia. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Price is a little high. Air conditioner wouldn’t keep the room cool at night. We both sweated all night.

It was clean. The hallways were too hot with no good airflow. The parking lot was not conducive to a vehicle with a trailer and we had to park away from the property.
