Check out was horrible. I was held up because my account was apparently off by one penny, and they wouldn't let me leave until they figured it out. Unfortunately, that delay caused me to be late and miss the presentation I traveled to town for.

The room key reader was not working. An employee had to let us in our room every time we left . We had no power in electrical outlets and lights on one side of the room.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas are immaculate, the amenities are great. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Emporia! Highly recommend.
