The room key reader was not working. An employee had to let us in our room every time we left . We had no power in electrical outlets and lights on one side of the room.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas are immaculate, the amenities are great. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Emporia! Highly recommend.

This hotel was very clean and well appointed. The staff was so helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great.

The breakfast was fantastic; excellent, healthy choices and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was great. The only issue was the tv reception-throughout the night the picture was pixelated and difficult to watch. It even froze at one point, all of which could have been due to storms. Other than that ot was excellent

Location For a new facility the carpet needed stretched, concrete on bathroom floor lack of finish detail from construction.

Very clean. Breakfast pretty average..no meat though, which is not ideal.

The staff were amazing!! Given that I was “stranded” in Emporia for 2 days due to car trouble, the staff (front desk and manager) did everything to make my stay the best they could given the situation I was in. I couldn’t imagine what I would do without them and the auto repair shop (Celly’s). The bed is a little more firm than I like. But I was still able to sleep.
