Champ location. Champ house. Champ service. Everything was just right and we felt so pampered. We miss the old days of Bed and Breakfast. Liz and Carol were champ innkeepers.

Liz and Carol were so hospitable and the Nantucket room was spacious and immaculate!! Loved the private patio! The homemade breakfast every morning was delicious!! I will definitely stay there again!! Nothing!

We spent 7 night at Kate Stanton Inn and could not fault the service and kindness we received from the wonderful Liz and Carol who run this exceptional b&b. Our ensuite room was beautifully decorated, very clean and was serviced every day. The bathroom was a good size with a lovely large shower and had all the facilities we needed to make this a very comfortable stay. Liz and Carol welcomed us into their home, they are great company to spend time with and lots of fun. Breakfast was served to us in the communal dining room along with other guests. We met lovely, interesting, fun people and had some great conversations over breakfast which was delicious and different each day. There was no rush for us to leave the table with plentiful amounts of tea and coffee available. When we returned during the afternoon we were greeted by Liz and Carol and shared a glass (or two) of wine with them at their invitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kate Stanton Inn and would not hesitate to recommend this b&b to anyone hoping to stay in the Encinitas area. It could not have been better there is nothing to dislike about Kate Stanton Inn. It is the perfect place to stay.

It is an amazing B&B run by Liz and Carol. It feels like staying at a friend’s house ! It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Leucadia, Encinitas. Breakfast was always delicious and very healthy which we liked a lot. We stayed in the lovely Nantucket suite for 4 nights. It also had a patio with high table and chairs, where we usually sat to enjoy the SoCal morning sunshine and to discuss our plans for the day. I just cannot think of any shortcomings

Everything was perfect! The room very comfortable and immaculate, delicious breakfast customized to our tastes, plushest bath towels ever, fresh flowers in the room - no detail overlooked! Nothing. Liz and Carol are wonderful hosts!

Beautiful home converted into an inn.

The breakfast was amazing. From Home cooked to brought in from high quality eateries. Everything was hearty and flavorful. Lots of fresh fruit and options for e every palate. They went above and beyond any dietary request. Honestly the perfect stay.

Great facilities run by two charming lady co-innkeepers. The room I had was large and comfortable. Breakfast was creative with juice and berries accompanied by different main dishes each day, including bagels purchased specifically each morning on which it was served. The daily interaction with the innkeepers was engaging and welcoming. Great choice if you want a more personal experience rather than a hotel environment. I can't think of anything that beats thiis perfectly run facility.

The hosts Liz and Carol were delightful company, The breakfast was A++ and their home was absolutely lovely, spacious and nicely decorated with a beautiful view from the top of the cliff.

The home was beautiful and so well appointed. Everything was in place to make you feel at ease and comfortable. The bed and linens were wonderful! Wish I had stayed longer! I loved everything! Truly, it was so welcoming and cheerful! There are views of the beautiful garden, ocean and mountains. Quite exceptional! ?
