Immaculate, great atmosphere and very helpful staff

Beautiful property. Attentive staff. Parking was convenient. Brunch was amazing, not your usual fare. Room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Close to Carlsbad Village and its many restaurants. Short drive, very short, to the beach.

I visit Carlsbad regularly and this stay was by far the most enjoyable! The bedding was so clean and comfortable and the towels changed daily. The in room dining was delicious and the view was so lush. The staff was so polite & helpful as well! Because it’s a large and spread out property the main gym was pretty far - you have to drive if at night or in a hurry.

Think of it more of a residential apartment, self contained short term let (with daily housekeeping) than a Four Seasons and you’ll be fine. The pool is more like a retirement village hang out than a full service Four Seasons property. But once you’re past that, it’s ok. The restaurant menu was uninspiring so didn’t opt to dine in the property, instead there are loads of Michelin recommended restaurants within 30 mins away so we had some great meals out. It’s perfectly clean, very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. It’s just I struggle to call this a true Four Seasons. Would I stay again? Probably not. But it was fine.

I always love coming to this peaceful place to stay. Norma Peirol, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, and the entire front desk team are always so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back again soon!

Everything was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return one day.

Staffs are amazingly friendly and accommodating. Room is spacious and equipped with everything. Lots of spaces and counter top to put belongings. Highly recommend this property although it’s not near the beach.

The rooms were very comfortable. Nice balconies. Fresh and clean loved having a fridge and microwave bathroom was very well lit. Great access to free laundry room and powders. Excellent facilities. Nove gym. They have fresh fruit in the gym and they are very generous with water all over the property. They had someone who contacted by text if you needed anything. It was a brilliant stay. The shower pressure could have been better amd they need to properly fix the balcony door. When they renovated they didn't get new doors. The tracks are worn out.

The villa I stayed at har a bathroom fan loose that was about to come off, but overall not a bad stay I like it, friendly staff
