I loved everything! Super comfortable and really close to everything we needed. It was also super quiet and nice. The mini fridge and the TV in the room wasn’t the best. We bought ice cream and they melted in the freezer. The TV only gives you access to Netflix which is fine but a new TV with more technology would be awesome!

Was double charged twice one through Expedia second time at the front desk

My stay was ok but there were some things of concern. This lights in the bathroom were rusted and the right light kept going out, the vent in the bathroom was really loud and sounded like something was broken, the shower head was chipped away and had a lot of oxidation. I was on the second floor and the curtains do not close so you only had the sheer curtains covering the window. I had to try my best to clean the shower head myself and had to hair clip the curtains together to give myself some privacy.

The positives were good AC, nice breakfast, decent pool and hot tub. We didn't get the room we paid for, they did give a small credit for that. The room had an odor. We didn't get our room cleaned the 2 times we asked, had to track someone down second time while we waited for them to do it because we were out of towels, etc. They were working on the hotel until 8:00 in the evening the last 2 nights we were there which was loud and disturbing. We've had positive experiences at Holiday Inn's in the past but we wouldn't stay here again.

The breakfast was really good. The beds were small and uncomfortable, the fridge had mold in it, the evening check in clerk was unfriendly. I asked for a crib and extra towels and instead of having them both delivered together they gave me the towels at the desk... I had to still go and get my luggage out of the car. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was so taken aback with the situation, I didnt have the words to say anything at the time.

Room with 2 queens only had a single bath towel. Also no soap in shower. Mentioned this to front desk so they could fix for the next guest and they seemed uninterested.

The breakfast was powdered eggs and only fair quality. The reviews made it sound like it would be special, but only on one day did they have biscuits and watery runny gravy, the other mornings it was just powdered scrambled eggs and pretty decent fried potatoes. A better coffee machine with some choices, real eggs instead of powdered ones, and more selection of hot items.

It would have been nice for us if our room was made up seeing we were there for two nights . We are easy going people, all we wanted was fresh towels. The beds didn’t need to be made after one night of sleeping. Called the front desk after we got back but was told he was the only one working. So we had to find fresh towels on our own . While checking out I heard another patron saying the same thing
