Clean rooms, staff was very nice & helpful when needed. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast it was a nice full breakfast it was above our expectations they also offered coffee & hot tea. Highly recommend

Place was so clean and the room very spacious and comfortable bed. I got a good night sleep it was quiet and I enjoyed the room and the pool very much. Staff was welcoming.

We stayed here for a week and everything was great! Very good location with grocery store and restaurants around. Front desk is very nice and helpful, especially Addison, will be back in the future!

Pros: close to freeway and to the beach (walking distance) amazing sunsets. Big room for 5 of us. Friendly staff, breakfast hot and plenty staff kept restocking food constantly. Laundry room in each floor, you paid through an app or coins. Quiet. Small shopping center across street, Fast food close by Cons: our room was "ready" but beds were not made, not enough towels for all of us (staff helped right away). Very old elevators (noisy). No Legoland shuttle.

Hotel was clean and amenities were available in the room. Breakfast staff were very attentive and made you feel at home. Pool opens a bit late and closes a bit early and water seemed to need better cleaning.

They canceled my room without notice, I had pay at property and after celebrating my son’s birthday at Legoland I arrived at the hotel to pay and continue his celebration. I was told that they sold my room without communication and did not even say sorry or apologize. Worst experience for my family. I was truly upset and never had this happen to me. Beware!

We enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn Express, located near the beach, Legoland and dining.

This hotel is very dirty floor carpet except than you think if you go rooms to hallways smell bad not recommend this place waste money & time check some were better service!!!!

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked amazingly! We did have housekeeping ask if we wanted our room cleaned on the second day of our stay. We said yes and it never happened. :( The breakfast was alright. The orange juice and cranberry juice left a lot to be desired. They only had one pancake maker and it took forever. There was a long line every morning.

We were given a room with the stench of mold. It was nauseating. The room was badly maintained and so were the windows where cobwebs and bird droppings had accumulated and not been cleaned at all. The staff were quite rude and only after pleading did they agree to move us into another room which had lesser mold smell. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant!!!

No complaints about this stay. The staff was really great and very attentive.

Nice and clean place

When we came in and inspected everything, there was a left over pizza inside the refrigerator from the previous customer. It was really disgusting.

Rooms were very small & not what was pictured when booking.
