Best staff interaction I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. The staff at this location are genuinely caring, helpful and interested in making it a great stay.. Breakfast was fresh and very well done every morning.. My family and I definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks for a great stay!

I was very happy with all aspects of this hotel. It was clean, room was serviced daily, staff was very friendly. I loved the layout that there are two separate rooms. A giant improvement over the hotel I moved from!

As soon as I walked into the room I had a bad feeling. There was a disgusting smell and the carpet had stains and was gross. The couch was so old and uncomfortable there was really no way to use the sitting area. Made some food put everything in the fridge and wiped the counter. Shortly after the counter was full of ants. The location is right next to the 5 freway so the car noise was so lound it was unbearable. I was booked for 2 nights. I checked out after the first night and asked for a refund for the second night. Since it was prepaid they refused to refund my money. They did offer me a different room but I declined. I usually don't write reviews. I wasn't going to until I received the 3rd email request to leave a review. So here is is Worst Western.

The place is ideal for families, it has a nice little kitchen to cook, a fridge, and a dishwasher, which is nice. The only issue is that I wanted to charge my phone, and some of the outlets were not working. I thought my phone was charging and turned out it wasn't working. The other issue is that we had requested for toilet paper, and it was never sent up. Other than that, it was an Okay experience

Our bed was too soft for me, but I have a bad back and ideally need a firm bed, My husband was fine with the bed though. I was able to try another bed, but it felt the same. I really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day. Even the shower curtains were laundered (at least between guest stays). So my impression was that the rooms were kept very clean (I briefly observed a maid cleaning the room next to us and she was washing down even places that hands may have touched, like door frames and knobs) and the staff was very helpful and kind.

the room was clean the staff was friendly my husband said the breakfast was awful. the remote to the tv in one room didn't work and the other kept cutting out. the bed was right next to the window and we were worried about noise being right next to the stairs but we were either too tired or we just didn't hear it. water pressure in the shower was horrible.

Me and my daughter were just there for one night because we were at Legoland and for me it was ideal to find a hotel that was nearby and that also had breakfast in the morning. I originally wanted a one bedroom and something happened and we actually got upgraded to a suite, and it was an amazing blessing for us and Michael was the person working the night shift and he was amazing! The suite was stunning it was our first time experiencing a suite and it was incredibly clean, clean towels, clean sheets, and it smelled awesome! The staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful and very sweet and kind and smiling always. The breakfast option was incredible because they had three different kinds of cereal milk hot oatmeal, they had two hot and ready waffle makers that you could choose from original in blueberry and they had a parfait station. I’ve never seen that before. It was awesome. And they also had drinks, hot and cold, but they also had hot eggs, which was scrambled, sausage and diced potatoes. we had a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend everything was very nice and smooth and a lot of restaurants, gas stations and very close amenities nearby to do with the whole family.

I recently booked a room for my brother and his son while they visited San Diego to go to Legoland, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. My brother absolutely loved the room, saying it was perfect in every way. The location was ideal, and he mentioned that he couldn’t ask for a better hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that made their trip even more enjoyable.

Liked the size of the room. Clean room. Fairly quiet.

Rooms reeks of mold!!! Ants in the bathroom and the ac unit sounds like it’s on its last leg. We told the manager on duty and he could care less. No apologies or anything like that.

Clean room but curtains were not black out and too bright in the morning. Room was old but clean, great breakfast, good location.

It was very busy the week we stayed but it was still clean and comfortable and relaxing.

Matthew made our stay smooth and easy.
