Great option when traveling to Legoland

Location was close to everything, however room was so noisy being so close to the freeway. Probably find a place not near the freeway next time

I couldn't figure out what the odor was the room (maybe former pets) and because I had a dog, I didn't want to complain so I just opened the window. After one night, the smell remained - it was trash behind the bedside table that the maid neglected to pick up.

There was ants around the building, the ants even got into my parked car.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean, and everything was well maintained. The only downsides were the location and the building itself. Since the hotel is very close to the highway, there was noticeable traffic noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the building has an older smell that was a bit noticeable, especially at bedtime, and made the room feel less comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great.

There was plenty of parking for the size of the hotel. There aren’t any charging stations. The breakfast was what one would expect at this caliber of hotel. Maintenance of the room was poor skilled handyman with zero interest in esthetics. Only dealt with desk staff that had about the same pleasantries as a convenience store clerk. Room was practically on the freeway. Outrageous amount of traffic noise and noisy, rickety old air conditioner did its best to compete with traffic noise. Worse hotel stay ever

For the very high price, I don't expect peeling paint, awful grout work and a tiny toilet. Attention to detail is not there. On the plus side....Bed was very comfortable, pool was awesome and they had a very good breakfast!

This place is dirty old and nasty. Should not be rented in its condition! Holiday from hell...bed smelled like beer and kids room walls full of buggers! Gross!!! Furniture is very outdated. Overall not worth the price!

I love the location of the property! The room was very clean when we checked in but they do not clean the room if they know you are staying multiple nights. Had to ask for more bath towels.

Our room was not cleaned every day.We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and our room never got cleaned once. I\nHad my daughter and two grandchildren , staying with me and their ages were three and five so you can imagine the room. When asking for advice on Eateries and beaches?\nThere responses were very vague, And short.

This hotel is our favorite place to stay when traveling to Legoland. Great value, great location, excellent free breakfast. We like the family suite, which has two spacious rooms with separate bathrooms and sinks for kids vs. adults.

I could have marked it higher, but they had washed the rug roght before we came and every thong was wet and sticky. The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, but the humidity was awful.

Staff was great though. Breakfast was good.

Loved our stay. The accessible room was perfect. Wish we could have stayed another couple of days. The accessible room was not available. There’s always next time.

The beds aren't the greatest quality. More like a motel. But they did suffice. I got a 2 room thinking I would get a queen in each room, but it was a sofa pull-out and I don't remember reading that detail. and if your older and can get a sore back easily, that pull-out isn't going to help. It was the best deal available near the coast line, so that was one advantage. The air-conditioners tended to make everything moist and musky. I turned them off and the hot weather wasn't that bad. Room was more dry and much less musky. Staff was great and very helpful!
