La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Carlsbad - Legoland Area

Location right off the 5 freeway made it easy to find and reach. Room was clean and fit what was needed for the family. Breakfast had good options for a small location and pool/spa area was fun for the kids. Worth staying here, would recommend. N/A

not a bad place, but very close to the freeway, and there was constant loud noise. I would choose another hotel that was far away from the freeway.

Breakfast was Yummy and bed was huge AC didn't work at all, was extremely muggy and we slept horrible all night. When asked to be transferred to another room there wasn't any, instead we were given a maintenance fan that blew dead bugs and dust at us. Woke up with extreme nasal irritation. Don't think we will be staying here again

Exceptional

Room was clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was set out in an attractive fashion and well-organized. The staff was helpful.

If you don't care about clean or mold and don't mind the smell of pot it would be mediocre at best

Breakfast options were great! Visit served its purpose being so close to legoland. Would have preferred a room on the opposite side away from the freeway noise.

Location No hot water

There were ants in the bathroom, tub and towels crawling. We told the office yet they seemed OK with that.

Definitely a plus for having the bunk beds, but old piping or something because the water from sink smelled horrible, the restroom ceiling was also falling apart, room was very dirty like if it hadn't been used or clean in a bit

Exceptional

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. The room smelled musty and there were ants in the bathtub. I was unable to give my toddler a bath because the tub didn't seal. Seemed like cleaning staff did well, it was just an issue with outdated rooms. Needs updating. The location was great.

Pretty gross.

The breakfast was excellent. Please keep that up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The coin laundry room was a great bonus and saved us from having to travel with wet clothes in the suitcase! The bed was too firm for me. The rest of my family was okay. I will note this is a personal preference and it's really not worth changing anything over. So hello to whoever reads this, I hope you are having a good day.

The staff was very friendly. Property was clean outside.I can only give it 3 stars do too the room inside being a-little rundown and the Febreze smell in the room was a little overwhelming. For the price in the area it was ok for one night…..

The breakfast offers a lot of options and was good. For the price and location it is well worth it.

I did not like the ants all over the hotel, mostly outside the hotel.

Numerous billing issues with my reservation.

First, they somehow billed an incorrect credit card. I gave them the correct one at check-in and she said she cancelled the original charges. When I got home, she had recharged the wrong card and removed them

The hotel is immaculate, providing ample towels. Parking is complimentary, and the hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from Legoland. I highly recommend this establishment.
