We loved the property and staff was kind and helpful! We had two massages and loved the spa and pool!

Balcony rooms have beautiful sunset views. Chandler restaurant doesn't have very good service but food is good.

The rooms are old with dirty carpets and are not well soundproofed, and you can hear noise from neighboring rooms and throughout the hotel. The AC was also quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep

Great hotel. Room was very clean, staff was very professional & helpful. The food in the Chandler's restaurant on site was outstanding! 5 stars across the board for our entire stay.

The grounds were beautifully maintained. We watched staff meticulously clean the glass around the pool, wiped down railings all the way to the ground. They need a raise ! Every staff we came in contact with was knowledgeable and the training shows. We were greeted by the gift shop cashier, the front desk clerk came around to hand me my room keys. These little things did not go unnoticed. Mya was a great waitress to us! She made our night with being so fun and kind to our party.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you're planning to dine in, they have a restaurant on site with the option of live music, dinner and breakfast! Our room had a breath taking view of the pool and the ocean. We were gateful for the amenities, our room cane equipped with robes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, a sewing kit and so much more! It is about a 5 minute drive downtown, and perfectly located for a fun night out for drinks. They also are surrounded by lots of delicious places to have brunch if youre looking to explore the city.

Rooms were not properly cleaned. Flyscreens on windows has lots of gaps and dirty. Noisy aircon.

This is a wonderful property. The rooms are clean and spacious. It it not a $1k a night property so it's not luxurious. But it is beyond lovely. And we will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I will say, is that going to the pool or using the pool there was daily charge. I didn’t understand that. That’s all. Other than that great!

reason for giving 2 star reviews is the hotel description was a very misleading. First of all we booked an ocean front room with patio and was hoping I will get some good clear wide view of the water but front desk placed us on a ground floor (room 1014) which has just slight glimpse of water of the ocean. Same room if we were given in 2nd floor would have a better descent view but we got nothing. When sitting on patio we only can see landscape bushes and the pch hw and some RVs that are permanently parked on the ocean side. 2ndly the hotel description did not reveal and also carefully avoided the part that the so called ocean front is across the highway and going down on stairs to the beach which has absolutely no sands, just rocks every where from last hurricane or something. So no one car sit or do normal beach stuff on the beach that the hotel claims is in front of it. 3rdly there are no sitting or beach umbrellas chairs already available on that miserable beach you have to talk to front desk and then walk and cross the highway etc so it’s really not Ike any beach resort that we are typically used to in Mexico or in other places in southern cal. the whole trip for staying in a beach resort was a total waste, we still had to drive to other beaches with sands, find parking etc everyday. The hotel also charged ridiculous 40 dollar per night for a parking lot that is always wide open, they can easily made the parking free and help the guest. I recommend avoid this place

This hotel doesn't have much on-site staff, but that's part of how they keep costs down. The room was big and very clean. It was also in a great location and had parking. We'd stay 100% again.

good location, excellent room, pool, food and staff. the only bad thing is the beach across the street is all rocks.

Parking is a rip off, $45 a day Extra and you have to park across the street, which you find out After you pay. Staff was rude when I tried to address the lack of close parking for what I paid, and also when I requested late check out. Hotel is nice and clean and views of the ocean cannot be beat. However I cannot recommend this property and will not be back.
