Everything else was perfect! Stayed for 5 days, went to Legoland for a day which was 3miles away. The rest of the stay, we spent it in the hotel, kid friendly. Went out for food after eating a couple of times in the hotel. Very nice area! Very nice neighborhood! It's worth the money. I would recommend staying here. I would come back again.

The hotel was okay overall, but the pool experience was disappointing. The pool wasn't very clean or well maintained, and it closed much earlier than expected each day. The water slide was also only open for a very limited time—it opened late in the day and closed early, making it difficult for families to enjoy it. If the pool and slide are important to your stay, you may want to consider this before booking.

Awesome
-
Our 9 year old son enjoyed the pool and water slides We had a few bad instances during our stay. First night the AC didn’t work well and the room was hot. The room didn’t have good ventilation at all. The second day we were hearing 2 workers chatting over the intercom in our room. Apparently they were testing it but it was not enjoyable. Then our last day there was a large bug in the bathtub. The staff handled each instance well, however we expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel. Also, parking is $68 a night.

Beautiful Na
-
This is not a Park Hyatt. Kids focussed. Mass focussed. No attention for guests. Too busy.
-
The family had a blast. Beautiful property with an awesome pool area for the kids!
-
I liked the night lights that lit up to guide my way when I walked. The wait time for Sunday brunch was too long.

We had a delicious cheese plate & cocktails when we arrived . Played pickleball and their courts were top rate.

The rooms are very confortable
-
Overcharged me $1500 for bathroom bottles which I didn’t take. Called front desk but they refused to fix it. That’s ridiculous. Try your best to avoid this horrible place.
-
Excellent hotel. Staff is freindly. Valet was better than most places.
-
Very convenient, tasty and well priced Very long lines in the market. More cashiers would be very helpful given how large the hotel is and how many guests there are

Very nice location Adult Pool was full of drunk adults and extremely loud. Shower and bath in rooms were very small. Room seemed old in general.
