Fairfield Inn & Suites San Diego Carlsbad

Everything was good, just didn't understand why we had to pay $14 for handicapped parking.

First, we were greeted by William who was excellent. He gave us options for local restaurants and provided us a coupon for an appetizer @ Miguel's Mexican Restaurant, Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable - also had a fabulous breakfast in the morning - just an overall great stay!! Thank you Nothing could have been better for our stay - excellent!!

Debbie was amazing helping me check in 👌

Clean room and property. Nice staff that were fun to talk to. It was very nice to be able to have breakfast on the property.

Room #450 they moved us to this room and there's bug in my bed then they put dirty bedspread ,pillow case are dirty. I'm very disappointed. We're both unhappy me and my husband.

Exceptional

Absolutely loved our stay at Fairfield Carlsbad. From the welcoming staff, to the amenties such as free breakfast, pool, workout room, to the cleanliness of the facility. It was perfect for our trip to Legoland and visiting our friends in the area.

The staff is so pro and helpful. Incredibly friendly and warm.

Exceptional

The staff is so outgoing and helpful. They make the stay.

The hallway always had a foul smell and our room smell of raw sewage. We actually checked out early because we couldn’t stand the smell anymore.

Air conditioned throughout It smelled like raw sewage. Staff told me it smells like sewage everyday and has for years. Not sure if it’s due to the location and sewage plant, but beware! I had to stuff towels under my door to keep the smell out. Bathroom towels had black hair on them and did not look clean.

As expected from Marriott , helpful staff clean rooms and fast Wifi. We were also able to watch US Open!! Amazing job

Knats throughout facility, AC was broken and a lizard was found in our room.

Exceptional

I was surprised by the $14 parking fee. Room was excellent staff was great , didn’t get to use the Wi-Fi. Breakfast looked wonderful.

Very nice

Very good

quiet and clean

Everything was ok but couldn’t get staff to properly clean my room. Specially my bathroom. Couldn’t get staff to put coffee cup lids for morning coffee. I actually spilt coffee on myself in car. If I had a lid to my coffee cup from room, I repeatedly asked staff for, I wouldn’t have 1st degree burns from hot coffee.
