LEGOLAND California Hotel

I like the hotel so much. My daughter has a very good time. Only thing is even you made appointment for breakfast, you still need to wait in line for about 10-20 mins.

Room was cleaned and the hotel had several amenities. The breakfast buffet had several food options. The guests at the hotel had early access to the legoland park.

The hotel is ok, but no body tell us that every breakfast need to reserve online, you can reserve at the moment but have to wait 15 or 30 minutes

Can’t say enlightened good things about the hotel. Greta experience for me and the kids. They had a blast with all the amenities and themes.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making our stay enjoyable. The customer service was outstanding, and whenever we had questions or concerns, the communication was excellent. The staff responded quickly, clearly, and professionally, giving us confidence that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff were quick to accommodate our needs and listened to our concerns intently. One of the biggest highlights was how close the hotel is to the park. Our room was a bit dated spotless and was cleaned every day after some initial concerns . Coming back to a fresh, clean room after a busy day in the park was something we really appreciated. Most importantly, we felt safe throughout our entire stay. The resort is well-maintained, secure, and very family-focused.We were comfortable letting our kids enjoy the hotel activities, and we always felt at ease walking around the property, even in the evening. LEGOLAND California Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the exceptional service, outstanding communication, unbeatable location, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, and family- friendly atmosphere, it was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Amazing place to travel as a family great for all ages

I will never book with Legoland again. Their customer service, communication and compassion are the worst.

The elevator broke on night 4 we were there The ac was broken the 1st night we were there but they fixed it the next day The breakfast was pretty good they tried to change it up a bit We did try the dinner it was not bad pretty good choices very expensive though The kids loved the hotel lobby Sad pool closes at 8 would be nice if stayed open til at least 930 or 10

Breakfast is good.

We loved saying here! It’s super kid friendly, from the moment you walk in to check in they already have Lego’s for your kids to play with and a little playground area. As a mom I appreciate everything they have to keep them entertained, they have a vending machine for any type of medications you’ve might of forgotten, toilet seats are toddlers friendly, pools have life jackets for littles and you don’t have to worry about bringing your own floaties. Also continental breakfast is a buffet so there is something for my everyone! Also loved that Lego land was literally right outside as soon as you walk out. All the staff here as super friendly and very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend!

The castle hotel was nice we stayed in the wizard deluxe and the light up background in the main sleeping area was cool the little one loved that but it made her wanna sleep in our bed lol we told her lights out or the Legos would melt so that worked lol the staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok on our 3rd day they had choc chip pancakes in the shape of Lego heads that was cute the walking distance to the park itself is like less than 2 mins and sooo convenient. We loved the dance party attended that for 2/3 of our nights. Our 5 year sai she likes it better than Disneyland so we will be back in the spring lol

Great experience per usual

My kids and I love staying here and we also love the free breakfast buffet! I also love that there is a gym, I just wish the hours for the gym was longer than 7 am to 10 pm, but I was still able to squeeze 30 min of workout so it still worked out!

The kids love the room it very clean and they really enjoy staying the hotel kids friendly and the staff are so nice they even help us to get my son balloon on the ceiling thank you for helping us to get back the balloon..

We spent an amazing weekend at legoland, the whole family had fun

After waiting 2 hours without receiving any notification, I returned to the front desk at 6pm to check on our room and was simply told that it was ready. Unfortunately, the delays continued. Because we had been required to leave our luggage with the bell desk, it took another 2 hours to receive our bags, meaning we didn’t have access to our belongings until 8pm. As a result, we couldn’t even get our kids settled or ready for bed until well after 8pm. It was an incredibly frustrating and stressful way to begin our vacation. The room itself also left something to be desired. It had a noticeable musty smell, and the carpet has clearly seen better days. That said, there were definitely some positives. Our kids absolutely loved the room, especially the bunk beds, and the hotel’s proximity to Legoland was extremely convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. Despite the rough start and some maintenance issues, the kids had a wonderful time at the hotel.

It was convenient that is right next legoland.
