LEGOLAND California Hotel

Think it's a great time great place for the lio ones..Really liked the property alot..The pool there's lot of cool things for kids to do..Oh and a Bar ..

Super fun for kids. Property and room were sub par. Towels in the room had blood and puss on one. The grout in the shower was not clean. The carpet looked worn and dirty. The pool closed by 7pm which seemed a little early. Lots of fun for kids but I thought for the price the accommodations would be nicer.

I received a note about Self parking with an amount of 80 dollars. Honestly we didn't use a personal car, our own car, we used Uber all the time, so I would like to know the reason of this charge.

The most fun hotel ever!! Good rooms, amazing theming and being next to the Legoland entrance was perfect. Only complaint was that in the restaurant we made a reservation and when we arrived they told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait even with the reservation. What’s the point of a reservation then?! Once we got in though- the food was good and they had the chef come to the table to help me pick an entree compatible with my allergies, which was incredibly helpful. I would stay here again!

Rooms were great for the kids, they had their own "lair" where they just played with legos. Breakfast is awesome! We were so satisfied! Kids were sad to leave, so are we! But its truly a must for lego lovers no matter what age! Minutes walk to the park was truly a bonus!

The hotel offered great activities in the evening for the kids. Breakfast buffet was okay. Rooms were clean.

My kids loved this hotel and so did we. The hotel and room was clean. They had so many fun amenities for kids. My only complaint is that a lot of the staff in the lobby area were not very friendly. They seemed bothered that we had questions and often misinformed us. I was not a fan of the self check-in. It feels very impersonal. The pool staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay.

Proximity to Legoland. Amazing hotel staff. We stayed at the castle hotel previously and found the hotel stay here not as nice.

The hotel was very nice and most staff were friendly, but the air conditioning didn't work in our room. We were moved to another room, and the a/c also didn't work in that room, which was uncomfortable.

The property is beautiful. Very engaging and child centered. We booked four rooms under one reservation. Two of the rooms were not ready at 4. (We’d checked in at 9 a.m. and were assigned rooms at that time, so for 7 hours they knew those rooms needed to be ready) At 4:30 another room was ready with the last room not ready until 5.

Loved the easy check in, the treasure chest in the room, so many activities for the kids to enjoy. The staff was great! and the details inside the room. I didn't like that i had to pay for parking very disappointing since im staying in your hotel

This property is wonderful for children. Very very safe. I was most impressed with the lifeguards at the pool. 4 on duty, 100% focused on the swimmers. Rooms were well thought out and stocked with what’s needed. This resort does not nickel and dime you. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent with many, many choices. A must stay if you are going to go to Lego land.
