Kids love it
-
I will admit staying at the Legoland Hotel was a bit pricey but the kids loved it and the convenience of being right next to the park was great.
-
The kids loved the small details of the hotel (specially the scavenger hunt and dance party elevator). They do a great job with this. Although the property looks a bit older and has taken some damage from all the hard play from kids, it’s still beautiful and fun.

VERY GOOD

Breakfast was good, but dinner was awful for the price. Buffet style but the options were not good. My son got sick and continued to the next day. We had a nice trip to the urgent care. Waste of my short vacation. Some staff are wonderful which sucks, because of the ones that made it bad. It didn't help that they said 500pm reservation and made you wait another 10- 15 minutes because they weren't ready. Also pizza was burnt.

Great breakfast spread!

It was just okay, I think is to expensive for what you get

It's pricey but it's worth for kids to have a great memory there.

When we arrived at the hotel the staff at the front desk were helpful and kind. Overall experience was amazing my kids had a great time. The room we stayed in was cute, and clean.

The hotel is old and extremely dirty. The rooms had dust everywhere and the carpets are disgusting. The hallways and the room smelled horrible. The staff were so uneducated about the most basic things to include tickets, wait times, just basic information that employee should know. It’s basically a motel with some crappy theme, but your pain Disney deluxe prices, which is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel and I won’t be coming back.

The Legoland Experience was FANTASTIC! Worth the expense of the trip and staying at the hotel itself is nearly a MUST! If you have kids under 11-ish, this is a must-do, in our opinion. Loved every moment of it! Thank you Legoland!!

It was our first time staying at the Legoland hotel and it was great! The kids enjoyed the themed room (we chose pirates) and especially loved the bunk beds. It was nice having the buffet style meal option and restaurant. Our stay also included free breakfast which was great! The kids had a great time playing in the pool and participating in the dance club for kids. There was also a small arcade next door which the kids were obsessed about. We had a great time!

It was our first time and we stayed in the fully themed Adventure room. It was great, lots of activities for our 4 kids of all ages. Breakfast included was great. It was easy to make the recommended breakfast reservation. Will stay again for sure!

Amazing
-
We stayed at the Castle hotel which was hands down a great choice. We went to the legoland hotel for dinner and it was definitely chaotic and loud.
-
The ac was broken , the maintenance person came in about 10 PM. Nothing changed with the Portable ac , the children were sweating. Around 11 PM we were transferred into a different room. That was a a complete downgrade. We were completely sleep deprived the next day requested a late check out was not accommodated with this request. We spent close to $1000 to have maybe two hours of fun and the rest was just one thing after another going wrong with just an apology from guest services and also the new Room they put us in didn’t have pillows or blankets for all beds , so then we had to order more at two in the morning. They were able to give us a blanket, but ran out of pillows.

I loved all the details. Kept the kids entertained all day long! Loved the kids toilet in the bathroom and step. Even the lego areas so kids can play while parents get checked in. The arcade was pretty lame. One machine took 600 points. Some machines broken.

Our experience with Legoland hotels was amazing! Would definitely stay here again. My only downside is that the hotel room treasure chest could not be solved while in the room. Would have been super nice for all of the clues to be hidden inside the hotel rooms.

The hotel rooms were very fun but the shower was not great. The bathroom didn’t feel clean and had a bad odor. The shower head was not strong. Food was okay.
