This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Well maintained and the employees were so helpful and pleasant I would highly recommend

It was beautiful, friendly and had great access to Legoland. It was perfect!

Liked the sister properties more than the Westin, their gaming area was a bit unkept and missing items, day bed were dirty. Staff was friendly and room was clean, Julian was very nice and so was the valet Noah! Loved the pools and the area.loved Summer at Twenty but as usual in hotel restaurants are outrageously priced.

For the amount of money my room was dated. The screen door to the balcony was broken and didn’t open. The remote for the tv was coming apart and it took 3 calls and 45 minutes to get another remote. They charged us for self parking when we valeted our whole stay. The manager was a jerk to talk to and talked down to my wife when she called down about late check out. French fries where good and the servers that brought room service in the morning and evening where amazing and helpful and are waisted at Westin and should be working the Ritz Carlton. The Bed had a huge dip in the middle and I think that’s about it. The French fries were amazing. Don’t stay here make the drive down to Lowe’s Coronado instead.

First time at this Westin in Carlsbad. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to the room and it was on the first floor but also, once we opened the door, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Called to the front desk which was answered by the hotel next door. They tried to help but ultimately couldn’t since I was requesting to move rooms. I was connected to the staff member in the Westin and she moved us to a 3rd floor room and it did not smell of smoke. We were only there for 1 night to celebrate my birthday. In the morning, 2 times the cleaning staff tried to come in the room. Luckily we had it double locked or else they would’ve walked right in. It was very strange since check out was at noon.

Beautiful Views

This hotel is great for the family, the 20/Twenty restaurant inside the hotel serves delicious meals. The only drawback to this hotel are its parking fees. They will charge a resort fee and a hefty parking fee.
-
Love the Rooms, Beds and Area. Very Clean and comfortable! Family Friendly! Free Champagne upon arrival. Nice Beds and Hotel Staff!
-
Check in staff was not very warm and welcoming. My room did not have a view as described . Obstructed view of an overgrown tree . Room door was broke and door lock Was jammed. Was like pulling to get a room change .
-
I just feel that they are understaffed, otherwise it’s good.
-
Staff members are very courteous and willing to assist you, very kind and professional too.
-
We went to this hotel for Mother’s Day and liked that there was a restaurant and pool on site. We were told we could also enjoy the other hotel’s restaurant but we didn’t have time. Overall great stay

Terrible customer service

The property was once great, but is looking tired. The Westin is famous for their comfy beds, and ours was creaky, the coverlet looked worn, and the pillows were not soft. The coffee machine was broken as well. Not sure what’s up, but I’ll pass next time.
-
Clean and spacious room. Staff are super kind and helpful. Elevator broken unfortunately overall great stay.

Did not have pets or use the spa

Loved it
-
Breakfast was delicious with an array of different meals to choose from nothing

Everything was great. It was a very nice hotel. What I didn’t like maybe was the noise level in the hallway and above us on the second floor. The pillows were not very comfortable. Overall it was very comfortable and nice.

Kids loved the beautiful pool. Easy access to Legoland made life so much better. Beds were King sized and so much more comfortable for a family of four. Loved it!
