Amazing friendly service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and specious room with balcony.

The resort is very family friendly and was a nice relaxing get away for us. We had a problem with our AC when we first checked but the staff was very helpful and we had it fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Family friendly and right next door to LegoLand. The kids loved the pools and splash pad areas.

Felt like home, lovely family suite. Clean and cozy and the kitchen is such a great bonus when traveling with kids.

The whole facility was clean. I was very impressed by the sweet that sleeps like six or seven people highly recommend this resort.

It was last minute getaway and the registration, accommodations, staff, was wonderful from check in to check out. We would love to come back and stay even longer to enjoy all the amenities.

Everything is great with this hotel

They graciously updated our room for our 32nd anniversary. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Very kid friendly. I don't advise for couples. Parking is a nightmare. You have to park Very far from your room. Staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet wasn't good at all especially for 30 bucks a piece.

The check-in time was much later than we had anticipated. We arrived and proceeded to check in at 4pm. We were told it was delayed and to check back. When we checked back we were told check in would be 5:30pm. Disappointing especially because check out is 11am.

Checked in early (just ask) arcade for kids. Plenty of activities at activity center. Pool jacuzzi and splash pad. Plenty of parking. Restaurants were good. Equipment to borrow for beach/basketball/etc., everyone was friendly and attentive. 10/10

Room was very nice. The ammenities were great. It was like a nice little apartment which worked great for my big family! It was basically next to Legoland and shopping outlets.

We only stayed for one night but the place was comfortable and clean.

Bathtub not cleaned properly. There was still a hair left on the bathtub rim. I didn’t like timeshare trying to give me a “welcome package” after my check in. Have to pay $1 to shoot pool. Didn’t have cash on hand and the employees in the activity room said i would have to go to the ATM machine in the lobby. It was a pretty sad activity room. Resort fees should be waived in that case. Splash pad is a little run down. Some things weren’t working. Needs a face lift. Would I come back? Nope. Not enough “free” amenities for me to bring back my kids.
